Absolutely a wonderful experience! From start to finish everything I could hope for. Communication was friendly and transparent. Nathan, Josh, and Christina were so helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like my project, even being residential was a top priority. Appointments and start/ finish times were kept and the inspection passed the first time with flying colors. I will actively look for reasons, in the future to use this group again! I can’t say enough good things about these people.

Wow. It could not have been easier. I filled out the information on Angies list and the phone rang a few seconds later. Heaton plumbing scheduled a time to come out. They arrived promptly and were very professional. Great service. I'll use them again if we need a plumber.

Mike and Tasha went right to work and fixed both of my plumbing problems quickly and neatly. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber, and will call them again when I need a plumber.

I was happy with them, but the shut off valve was leaking, I am not sure if it was leaking before or after he left but it cost me a lot of money to get fixed. The time was good, they were here about 2 hours.

Definitely would not use again! People who showed up were not knowledgeable. Cut off water to house and then discovered they did not have correct tools for the job in their truck (common set of hex wrenches used to remove bathtub valve). Left to go to home depot to purchase tools. Returned with wrong size tool and again departed to purchase correct hex size wrench. Finally, got bathtub valve removed and advised me the valve should be replaced. I examined the valve which was perfectly fine and asked plumber to explain why it should be replaced. He then changed his recommendation and said the valve was fine and did not need to be replaced. After several hours spent on what should have been a thirty minute job, I was charged $45 dollars for a "service call" which I was originally told they would wave if they did the work and $125.00 for "diagnostics" which their boss, Mike, claimed was not "work/repair" and refused to wave the service call fee. They did not fix the problem with the bathtub and charged me $170.00.for wasting my time. There are a lot of better plumbers in Houston so beware of these guys!

We discovered a leak yesterday afternoon on our toilet. We called Heaton Plumbing and they made us their first call this morning. In under an hour the problem was fixed. The two gentlemen that came were courteous and very professional! They even left me an estimate for future repairs that they saw we're going to need. Couldn't be happier with the service! If you want true professionals to come and take care of your plumbing needs, call these guys!

PERFECT! Best & most reliable plumbers ever! I had built 2 add-ons and gutted a home to resale and the plumbers that I had hired were horrible. They did more damage than good. I had called 8 plumbers before I found the best one "Heaton Plumbing." Out of the other 7 plumbers - 2 stood me up, 2 came out and looked at the job and then never sent me an estimate or returned my calls, 1 was going to charge me by the hour because they were not sure how to fix everything (no good), and the other 2 priced the job so high it was obvious they did not want it. I was beside myself thinking that I was never going to get the items fixed and then I met Mike Heaton. He was on time, professional and he seemed like he knew what he was doing. When I received the quote I was pleasantly surprised (being that the other quotes were much more). He scheduled the job quickly and finished it quickly. He made it look so easy. I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. Do not do what I did and hire the wrong plumbers - it cost me $1,000's and months of unnecessary stress. I will be using Heaton Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

Thomas, the plumber, was punctual, professional and excellent in describing what steps he was doing and why to my wife and I. Thomas used his 25 years of plumbing experience to do an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing the problem. Covering each option as he figured it out. Highly recommend!!

Company was nice but was charges an additional $250.00!! $165 for a $15 metal pan they placed on my stand before putting the water heater on my stand.

WOW! Where do I even begin? This company is amazing! After 3 exhausting days working with (for) my Home Warranty Company starting on a Friday afternoon (that yielded no results) I reached out to Heaton Plumbing on a Sunday evening about 6 p.m. I was blessed to immediately reach Tasha that works for Heaton. She listened with open heart, ears and patience to my problem. After several calls back and forth, she scheduled someone to come out first thing this Monday morning. Nathan called prior to his (early) arrival. He was courteous, professional and even worked with my Home Warranty to provide and obtain the necessary information for me to receive reimbursement from the home warranty. I would HIGHLY recommend this company! I am keeping them on speed dial for any further issues! Thanks Heaton!

Heaton Plumbing responded to my emergency and saved the day! I was in the process of repairing my toilet myself. The flange that the toilet is mounted on had broken and I was in the process of replacing it, when I accidently dropped the screwdriver straight down the open sewer line! I called Heaton because I saw that they use a video camera to inspect sewer lines They sent out a crew, that did NOT have the proper camera but they did have a very short, stiff camera that they used to try to locate the screwdriver. The crew told me that they "guessed" the screwdriver had made it all the way down the line and advised me to just put it all back together. I was in a hurry and I ended up just re-installing the toilet (against my better judgment). I ended up talking to the owner Mr. Heaton and told him that I was dis-satisfied with the service. He apologized and offered to refund the service fee which I thought was a nice gesture, but I told him that was not necessary since the crew did attempt to use their small camera. Sure enough, around midnight all of the toilets in the house were stopped up and it was clear that the screwdriver was still in the line! I called Mr. Heaton on his personal cell phone and asked if he could get a crew out to my house first thing to retrieve the screwdriver. Around 8:45 this morning Nathan and Jimme from Heaton Plumbing showed up. I once again explained the problem to them. The had a very sophisticated video camera with them. They ran it through from the "clean out" connection in my yard and sure enough the screw driver was approximately 12" from the clean out. Nathan pulled the screwdriver out with no problem. I then told Nathan that I had been having a recurring problem over the years with having stoppages in the toilet that required the use of a plunger to clear. He ran the video camera about 120' down the sewer line towards the city connection and lo and behold he found the source of my problem! The concrete city sewer pipe has a very jagged break right where my pipe comes into it. Of course, debris collects on the concrete until it stops up my service line. Nathan and Jimmie were able to give me a video recording (including audio narrative) that I can now send to the city of Pasadena and get them to fix the problem since it is on the city connection. It is not often that you run into a company that sincerely wants to satisfy their customers. My hat is off to Mr. Heaton, Nathan and Jimmie for going above and beyond in my time of need.

Job went great. Very efficient and tidy workers. Was pleased with cost and experience.

I try to support my local companies - which is how I found Heaton. When I called, I was given a time between 4 and 6pm. I was called about 4:30, they were having vehicle trouble, but would still be by today. Nathan and Jimmy arrived, looked at the house fixture to replace. While we went to shut the water off and Jimmy went to get the parts from the truck, Nathan gave me the quote of $144 for the fixture, and $45 for the service fee. I asked why it was so much for such a little part and I knew it should only take a few minutes. The cost for replacing a second of these small fixtures is $60. Nathan called and spoke with his supervisor who said we could pay $125 instead. I said no, I'll just pay the service fee, I am not paying an extra 20. Ended up paying for a $60 part and the $45 service fee. (my reason for my grading above was the original quote for such a small job and how I had to negotiate down) Once that was behind us, they got to work. It seemed like Jimmy was an apprentice as he was not sure which way the Teflon tape was supposed to wrap around the pipe. Nathan was patience in trying to explain why the tape goes a certain direction. My real concern was when Jimmy was tightening my bib onto my pipe and used excessive force bending the pipe down approx. 75 degrees. Nathan corrected him, and immediately inspected the pipe. He informed me, IF something was to go wrong we have a one year warranty. We turned the water on, then realized the ball valve handle was damaged during the installation. Turned the water off again. They went and got a new ball valve, this time Nathan installed the bib. No leaks from the fixture. I'm still concerned about my pipe and will continue to watch it for the next few weeks. Local or not, I will try someone else next time. I do not need someone that inexperienced working on my house for the prices they are charging.
