They were reasonable and honest.

Brian gave me a quote over the phone for replacing the system (inside and outside). The three man crew arrived on the scheduled date. Two worked in the attic and one worked on the outside condenser unit. In a couple of hours, they had the old system removed and the new system installed. They checked out the new system and cleaned up the work area.

Everything was fine with this company. We called one afternoon and made appointment for the next day because it was not an emergency. He explained everything to my husband and said the dryer had a leak but that the unit was still in good condition. Didn't try and up sell. Work was done quickly after started. Area left clean. Very professional and nice.

The work turned out great. It was a Saturday and they came right out. They were real quick and knowledgeable. I will use their services again in the future.

I left gate unlocked this time just like previously reported to you for another issue. They replaced fan and sent me a bill. They didn't need me to be there to write a check on the spot.

We are quite pleased with his service. My air conditioner is old and needs to be replaced soon. He has kept it in working condition. They have come over here in late night and at all kind of times. They are very responsive.

A/C compressor stopped working Sunday Aug. 31, a typical Houston area 90+ degree muggy day. I checked outside unit and knew it must be the compressor or control to it because cooling fan was still running. Checked list and called them since they were closest (8 miles). Person said (owner presumably) he had a man setting a unit, but he'd come by when finished. The guy was there in about an hour and pinpointed problem immediately: a burned/melted connector on the compressor. There were 3 options: whole new outside unit $3200; new compressor $1650, new compressor under warranty $450. I chose the latter, but this could not be verified until next business day. That meant Tuesday, this being the Sunday before Labor Day. I'm thinking, "48 hours without A/C!" I found a way to safely make it work after he left. It would only be a short term fix. Service guy called me at work, late morning Tuesday Sept. 2, to say it was covered under warranty and he had gotten a new compressor and would be at the house in an hour or so. I said I had left the back gate unlocked, the unit was in cooling mode and that I'd leave not to meet with him. He said if he could get at the unit and it was set to cool, I didn't need to be there. He'd just send the bill in the mail. To me that's super service!

This company was referred to us from a friend. They did a great job! Very professional, very helpful, very fast and very clean! I would recommend this company. I did not ask for an estimate because I did not think it would cost very much and it didn't.
