One of the small holes that JenPro found was very serious. We discovered that a tree-trimmer man I had hired last year had put holes in the roof to secure his safety harness while he was trimming branches close to the roof. The tree-trimmer worker had not filled in the holes after he disengaged his equipment. The result was that during a rain storm, water leaked into a room below the attic. We had no idea where the leak was coming from. JenPro, upon inspecting the roof, discovered the source of our leak. JenPro then completely fixed this problem without any extra charges. They also gave us a competitive quote for completely replacing our existing roof (which is about 14 years old). We were very satisfied with the work performed and the quotation.

The pitch of my roof is too steep for the requirements of the big deal coupon. They communicated this to me, and therefore i would like a refund.

Excellent work! I originally found Jen Pro via an Angie's List coupon for a roof repair. I had a leak by my chimney, so I knew we needed work done. They did an excellent job of locating and repairing all problem areas around vents on my roof, as well as the repair of leaks. We then agreed to have them do caulking around all my windows and in cracks along the masonry. Since we had the caulking done, we agreed to have them paint the entire exterior of the house (no small task!), since it really needed that, as well. The work included cleaning and staining of rough cedar posts on my front and back porches, a big job in itself. The workers were there every day, even on weekends, to get this massive job done. The painting included dormer windows on my roof, the chimney, and the shed and garage, as well as a wind vane cupola on my garage roof. The workers were always professional, courteous, and very skilled. My house now looks like new. We are very pleased and would be happy to recommend Jen Pro for any work you need done on your home -- NOT just roofing! They are very concerned not only about doing a good job, but also in pleasing their customers. They were in constant contact with me, to be sure things were going well. I did appreciate that. I spoke with JenPro and scheduled an appointment for the work at 2pm on Friday, March 14, 2014. The provider did not show up for the appointment or call me. I called on Monday, March 17 to ask them to come again. They admitted they missed the appointment but did not apologize. We rescheduled for 3pm on Thursday, March 20. I was at the house waiting at 3pm and they did not show up. I called at 3:20pm and they said that they had called to confirm at 3pm. We determined that they called the wrong number. They said that they had already left the area, so they would have to reschedule again. I got off work on both days to be at home to wait for them.

After I got over the initial shock of having to pay about $1,400 above and beyond the $99.00 Angie's list deal, I was very happy with JENNPRO ROOFING. Jennifer was very pleasant to deal with when setting up the appointment, and she scheduled Roland and his assistant to come out to my house within a couple of days. Roland came out exactly when he said he would, inspected the roof and gave me the estimate. When I picked myself up off the ground, after hearing what needed to be done, I scheduled the work to be done the next day. Again they came out on time and completed all the necessary work. Roland mentioned, and I believe him, that they did more work than they charged me for. Time will tell, but I have every reason to believe that they did a great job, and I can highly recommend them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was satisfactory. There were no extra charges. It was good. I would recommend them.

We had originally had damage in March due to a wind storm and he came out and fixed our roof at the best price quote we had gotten he recommended we get needed to get a new roof in the next couple of years but while he was up there he fixed a place where the previous home owners had ripped off a satelite dish (5 years ago) and he recently came out to our house again and fixed several spots that were not part of the original roof repair because we are trying to sell our home. He did the 2nd repair at no cost. He is great at what he does and we would definitely recommend him to fix our roof again.

The whole project went very smoothly from the initial analysis to the preparation of the written proposal to the installation of the custom gutters. The entire staff was very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company to other homeowners. I felt so comfortable with this company that I purchased extended gutter cleaning since neither my husband nor I should be climbing up to our steep roof line for this maintenance. I think this company provided excellent services.

The salesman came over and did an exceptional job. The install crew came out when they said they would. I couldn't ask for a better company to do this installation. I know have a brand new roof and it has poured rain since then. No more leaks. They came highly qualified and recommended by my homeowner association. I have referred them to my friends and family. They did an awesome job!
