Very thorough and courteous. We had to reschedule because of my schedule, but they were very accomidating. There weren't really any big issues, but I was given a few recommendations on a few issues I had going on. It really was nice dealing with this business. If you're in need of some roof work, I really would recommend them.

It went very well. The man came out and gave a lot of good ideas to fix it. He was very knowledgeable and apologetic. It was worth my money for the amount of information he provided.

It's a small company and the owner does all the work and with pride. He is professional, goes out of his way to do little extras, takes photos and let me know condition of roof and surrounding area. I would highly recommend

Great! Brady and Ashley were great to deal with. They worked with me in regard to my schedule on my new job. Brady is a great guy with a very high level of integrity. He was prompt and did great work. He also referred me to a carpenter to do some woodwork I need to have done. My neighbor, a great handyman, happened to be present when Brady was there and he was very impressed with Brady, too. I will definitely use Good News Roofing for any roofing work I need in the future and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

The owner came to house and inspected the roof for any visible problems with shingles, loose flashing or rusted nails. He re-sealed any areas that needed it and found where a vent pipe had never been sealed properly and remedied that problem. The gutters were also checked at the same time. He took a video to show in detail the problems that had been seen and fixed. Everything went well and I feel better knowing that everything possible has been done to preserve the good condition of the roof and extend its life. He discussed some tips for any future potential problems caused by a bad hail storm. Overall he was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable in his profession.

Excellent ,Brady the service agent did an excellent job and took pictures of each concern to show us the roof top as we certainly didn't follow him up ! We will certainly use him again .

Brady showed up as scheduled. He was very professional in his phone communications as well as in-person. He offered an honest and accurate assessment of our roof - no attempt to upsell services. He spotted a few minor issues and took care of those. He also offered some good advice around timing of routine maintenance. I will be using this company again.

Good News Roofing responded imediately to my call. Scheduled an appointment and showed up on time and ready to work. They inspected my roof, found the issues, and photographed them so I could see what was going on. Although it was an unexpected expense, I believe they were fair. They picked up the needed materials and did the work right away. I will call them again if I need any roof repair or replacement.

Brady arrived on time. He looked at the area inside our house where the water was coming through the ceiling. He then went to the attic and finally the roof to determine where the water was coming from. He found a number of suspect spots on the roof and sealed them to prevent further leaking. After doing this he briefed us on what he had accomplished and the method he had used to correct the problem areas. He showed us pictures that he had taken of the spots he had sealed so that we would better understand what he had done.

Brady Keene, the owner, called day of appointment & asked if it would be convenient for me if he came earlier than the orig scheduled appointment time. Worked fine for me so he said he would be here in 20 mins. He arrived as scheduled & was very personable & professional. I showed him the 2 areas inside my house where I had leaks & he explained to me that he would go on the roof & check the entire roof & would take pictures of any problems he found & would then come back down & show me the pictures & discuss what would need to be done. He reviewed the pictures with me & explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the problems. Taking pictures was a really great idea as it was helpful to actually see what & where the problems were & not have to try to visualize. I agreed with his recommendations & he immediately went to work. He completed the work & then went over with me exactly what repairs he had made. I very much appreciated his honesty & also his patience in explaining everything to me. It was also helpful that he showed me where a large oak tree branch was rubbing against a shingle & could eventually do some damage & recommended that branch be removed. I am very pleased with my dealings & experience with Brady & will definitely call him if I have other roofing issues. I highly recommend him & his company, Good News Roofing.

Great service! Brady called me as he was leaving a job to let me know about how long it would be before he came to my house. He arrived on time and was very polite and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, showed me pictures he took on the roof, and did the work quickly. I will definitely use Good News Roofing again when I need repairs or a new roof.

I had a leak in roof that was staining drywall in bathroom. Called Good News and we made an appointment for Friday at 10am. On Friday at 8am, owner called and said morning appointment cancelled, could he come early. I was not at home, but he went out, repaired the roof, sent me a phone pic and message. He said it was so easy, no charge, just send work in future. I love this!!!!! Wonderful, great repair job and they have a future customer.

Arrived early , explained what he was going to do and went to work. When he finished he went over his findings, minor repairs he had done, and what recommendations he had for us. Did not try to "sell" unneeded service. Gave us a timetable for some issues we may have for our older roof and offered to come out anytime and inspect for free.

It went great! I saw them on Angie's list and decided to try em out based on all I read. I left an email message via the website and got a personal response right away - I think on a weekend. Then someone called a day later, as promised - and we set up a time for Brady to come out and check the roof for free. He came as scheduled and let me know about 30 minutes in advance that he was on his way. It was great and everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. Brady is a great guy, very nice and professional. He gave me his card when he arrived so I'd know who he was. He checked out the roof, made a couple recommendations about trimming tree branches but said the roof looked great - and it was free! He didn't rush through the inspection, I felt like he did a thorough job. I mentioned a rental house I had not too far away and said he had time to go over there if I wanted him to. I said "sure" and called to give a verbal report later. He said the roof looked like it was older (true) and might need to be replaced in about 6 years but that it was fine for now, no sign of hail damage or anything. And it was also free. I feel like this is a very honest roofing company that will be around for awhile. I'll definitely call them in the future when I need anything roofing stuff done. I don't have anything negative to say about this company and I recommend them!

He was prompt and called ahead so I can meet him at the home. I liked that he took pictures and video and showed me what he found before he did anything. Very professional and I would definitely use them again.

Mr. Keene came out and did a physical inspection of the roof. He fixed some small problems that had come up (flashing that needed to be nailed back down, protective paint on a vent pipe, etc.), and advised us as to what we needed to keep an eye on, what other things needed to be done that his company doesn't do (painting the flashing), and gave us a good report on the health of our roof. He was very personable, explained things well, and took cellphone photos of the problem areas so we could see what he was talking about. He seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We would definitely use his company again, and recommend him to anyone who would like to have their roof inspected or who needs roof work.

came out at appointed time and called before arriving to give heads up. wanted a simple roof inspection. what I got was a roof inspection, sealing of shingles, and repairs to poorly installed flashing. The inspection was complete and the repairs performed quickly. Also gave extended discussion on routine roof care. Also discovered a major problem with the exhaust coming from the hot water heater that could have been deadly to my family. Thank you very much for this excellent service and treatment.
