I needed a quick quote because I was trying to get my house sold. Ashley answered my call for help and assured me she would go out that evening and check the roof and send me a quote that evening. It was raining that day so I suspected that she would do it the next day. When I didn't hear from her I sent an email to insure that she had my correct email address (I never got a response to the email). I then called on Saturday and left a message. On Monday am I got a call that she had some family issues to attend to but that she had gone to the house and checked the roof and she would be sending me a quote. I never heard from her again and my contract on the house fell through because I couldn't make an informed decision about a counter offer regarding the roof. I call another roofer from angieslist and was completely satisfied and now have my home back on the market.

I really have never met someone in the service industry so committed to helping a customer out. I had Ashley come out and do an assessment on my roof about 6 -8 weeks ago since my roof was started to fall apart due to the heavy winds and hail. She came out on time and looked at my roof and made a recommendation to have it replaced since the cost of an actual repair was not worth it since it was a 14 year old roof. I contacted my Home owners insurance and they sent their adjuster out and Ashley came out a second time to meet with him and go over everything. Well The insurance adjuster told my Claims agent the it did not need a replacement and that 800 bucks was enough to repair it.. And that was just the badly damaged areas only. I asked for a second opinion from them and they flat out denied it.I sent Ashley the results and she was surprised that their adjuster said that. Ashley came out again and took even more pictures and wrote a very detailed letter back to the claims agent on why it needed to be replaced. The claims agent then approved a second adjuster that was much more communicative with me and even called me on a Sunday. Ashley and the second adjuster came out and they both agreed it needed replacing and the second adjuster sent his report in to get the roof replaced. The insurance company finally agreed and i was approved for a new roof. Ashley cam back again and we finalized the contract and the contractors came out yesterday and installed my new roof. They did a fast and fantastic job getting it up there. It looks awesome. I have nothing but praise for this company and Ashley. She went above and beyond and i would recommend them to anyone for any kind of roofing issues.

These people are true professionals. Prompt courteous and knowledgeable. Very willing to explain your problems and how to solve them. I couldn't be more satisfied. If and when the occasion occurs for replacement or repairs Good News Roofing will do the job.

I had a positive experience with Good News Roofing. It was easy to schedule an appointment for Brady to come out and inspect my roof. Due to a recent rainstorm, water leaked into my home and caused some drywall damage. Brady was running late that day, but called about 1 hour beforehand to warn me of this, which was greatly appreciated. Of the roofing companies I called, he was the only one to actually take a look inside the attic. He found what appeared to be the source of the water leak (a roof vent) and evidence of another leak that probably occurred recently in a nearby area. Once on the roof, Brady applied sealant around the vents in question. He did all of this without charging me a dime! I would definitely hire this company again for future roof work!

Good news roofing did a great job ! They are punctual, responsive and economical . Brady is quite professional . The patio roof needed a flashing to prevent the water falling down the wall, it was a small job, but they handled it professionally . He even made some good suggestions and they do free inspections, a plus !!

They were very professional and I would definitely use them again for future projects. They took pictures of our roof and showed us the condition of our roof which was greatly appreciated. We were told our roof was in great condition and it was a relief to know this.

He was very professional and courteous. He inspected the roof and made a recommendation to wait on the roof and fixed the leak. The leak will eventually need a more comprehensive fix, but he recommended we wait until we have the roof replaced in the near future. He explained everything he did and was very honest about everything and considered all the circumstances that come with replacing a roof. We will definitely use this company when we are ready to replace our roof.

We had "Good News Roofing" out about 2 months ago to repair damage to our roof caused by high winds and the original builder "overdriving" the roofing nails - result ~12 ridge cap shingles had blown off. Good News had a "Special" that we accepted and they did an outstanding job. Last week, high winds again blew off 2 more ridge cap shingles in a different location on the roof (wind from a different direction than back in January). Good News roofing came out yet again and did not charge us for the small repair. These guys are reliable, trustworthy and definitely a company I would recommend to neighbors, family and friends.

It was great. They communicated with me immediately after my purchase and we scheduled an appointment. The roofer, unfortunately I did not get his name, came out on an ice cold day and inspected my roof. I had already had an insurance adjuster out previously following a hail storm, so I sorta knew what to expect. The roofer had shingles in his truck which matched my roof and he worked really quickly and efficiently. There was no mess in my bushes afterwards and the price was unbeatable!

Turns out they don't work on metal roofs but they promptly refunded my Big Deal purchase.

We had originally contacted and accepted a bid with the roofing company that had replaced the roof on a previous house. After waiting for 2 months for them to set up the job, we got an estimate from 2 other roofers off Angie's List - Good News being one of them. Brady and his crew were very professional and polite. The work was rescheduled due to the extremely cold weather we were having in January, but it was done on time as weather permitted. The crew cleaned up after the job very well. I had questions 2 different times after the job was complete. Brady sent the gentleman out that had done the work to answer my first question and came out himself to answer the other question (yesterday). My concerns were with the roofing substance adhering to the roof due to the cold weather. Both times my questions were answered, and yesterday Brady put more adhesive on the one place he thought high winds could cause a problem. I would recommend Good News Roofing. Everyone I met/dealt with was respectful and helpful.

The job was performed to my satisfaction and within the timeframe as agreed. Both Brady and Ashley are very helpful in the process and accomodating to my schedule. I did not feel pressured in my purchase, nor did I experience any issue with the work. I would not hesitate to use the services of the company again.

Brady was very efficient and courteous. The repairs were completed in a very reasonable time frame and at the agreed to price without any additional charges (surprises!). We had received a quote earlier in the week and "Good News Roofing" completed the job at a much lower cost. I would highly recommend "Good News Roofing" and Brady to anyone.

I had some leaking over my dormer windows a few months ago after a HUGE rainstorm. I have not had any more leaking since but wanted to get it checked out. Good News Roofing came out and performed a roof inspection and pointed out minor problems. He gave me a name of someone who could replace the rotten wood and apply sealant to all the other problem areas and told me the actual roof/shingles look great! He spent 40 minutes at my house...inspecting roof, taking pictures and explaining to me what is the problem was and how it needs to be fixed. He never charged me anything!!! I had two other roofing companies tell me that I had to tear off 3 sections of my roof to remedy the problem (costing $2500). I truly appreciate his honesty and will definatley use Good News Roofing if ever I need any future roofing repairs.

I don't have any idea what the going price of re-placing vents is. I pointed out that I had a leak in my garage and he said the water was coming in through a faulty vent. I still have a leak so it was obviously not the vent if he replaced it. I also have a water drip at the front door that I forgot to mention and he didn't catch. I need to call someone else out to re-check these things.

He told us the roof was in good condition with the exception of the pipes; they needed to be sealed. He was very honest and fair. Didn't recommend repairs not needed.

I purchased the Angie's list roofing "deal" with Good News Roofing after having a slight leak in my roof from the day of the rain deluge. I wasn't able to be home when the gentleman from Good News Roofing came but I asked my dad to meet him there. Because my dad, especially in his younger years, was a do-it-yourself handyman around the house for my mom he can be very hard to please when other contractors come to the house to do work. So I was curious what he would say about this company. He was very much pleased. He thought that the gentleman who came, can't remember his name, was very good, thorough, and friendly. Of course, he (the contractor) fixed the leak. My dad kept his card for any future roof work that he might need done on his house. So, given that info, I give high marks to Good News Roofing, will use them again in the future for any roofing needs I have, and will recommend them to my friends. Good job, Good News!

See above. The scope of work was beyond what he could do. The pitch of our roof is too high. He did get on the roof, take pictures and made recommendations which were above and beyond his duty! Brady was honest and I will use Good News Roofing in the future. I appreciate his integrity!

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was really good. The work was really good. I think the owner was the one that came to check out the roof and do the repairs. He did a thorough job and gave us some good details about the roof.

We called Good News Roofing and made an appointment for Tuesday. Brady came on time to check the roof, found the source of water leak and fixed it right away.

Brady arrived pretty much on-time, and when he ran a little late, he called me to let me know when he would arrive. He knew I had to leave a little after he arrived, so he made the inspection quickly, and let me know what problems existed that he could fix right then under the terms of the Big Deal. He showed me pictures of some problem areas on the roof, and gave me a time frame as to when they would need to be fixed before they caused problems. He completed the repairs after I left, and everything was done when I got back home. Brady was courteous to me at all times, and gave me ideas on how to maximize the life of my roof. I know it's pretty old and is past its projected life-span, but it was nice to know I can nurse it along for a few more years! Good News Roofing does repairs for my insurance company, USAA, so I plan to call him back after our next hail store to do the whole job.

I called Good News Roofers because I found some water damage near the ceiling fan in my upstairs bathroom.I was able to get an appointment the next day,with a punctual arrival from the service.The employee was kind and professional.He quickly went to investigate both the attic and roof for signs of damage.I was given photo evidence of the problem at hand:three small gaps near a roof vent which were leftover from construction of my home.With my approval,he then sealed off these gaps to prevent any further water from leaking into my attic.I was once more presented with photo documentation,this time of a job well done.Because the problem was so minor,the job was preformed FREE of charge(no "service call" fee either)! Using Good News Roofers for my home problem left me feeling happy.I did not feel like I was taken advantage of.Thanks to a speedy service,I was able to get on with my busy day.I will gladly call them again for any future repairs of my home.

My condo is a 3-story building. This vendor can't work on building that high. They did not do any work for my request.
