This is important, please read We installed a roof as promised for [Member name removed]. The drip edge for the customer showed up and was the wrong color, and the customer told us it was satisfactory to him and he was happy. After we finished the roof, days later, we got a call to replace the drip edge. We told [Member name removed] that he had approved the color and he told us he wanted it replaced. So as a company trying to keep the customer happy. We replaced it free of charge. We informed him that we were very busy so it would be a couple weeks before we could do the replacement, but we would do the replacement for him to keep him as a satisfied customer. Then when we went to collect the final check, he wanted a credit for the paint work he did on the original edge that we had just tore off. It took us Awhile to collect the final check and we always did the right thing. I do not feel this is an accurate review of the job we did. As you can see by our track record, we keep folks happy!
