My gutter downspout had fallen off the house and water is also pooling too close to the foundation after exiting the gutters. The configuration of my house leaves few solutions. They were able to quickly make a temporary repair of the broken downspout to prepare for the rainy forecast. They then explained possible solutions to remedy the water retention situation.
