Rain Fall Gutters

I would HIGHLY recommend Rain Fall Gutters. They are a very professional and friendly company. After making the call to explain my gutter problems, they showed up on time as promised. My gutter downspout had fallen off the house and water is also pooling too close to the foundation after exiting the gutters. The configuration of my house leaves few solutions. They were able to quickly make a temporary repair of the broken downspout to prepare for the rainy forecast. They then explained possible solutions to remedy the water retention situation. I look forward to working with them to solve this issue!

All work was well performed within the agreed time. Courteous. Attention to detail. Excellent quality. Easy to communicate. Will hire again.

Rain Fall Gutters had installed my gutters in 2012. I called them on May 11, 2020 and Stephen Dowd said he could come give me an estimate the next day. He arrived on time and told me I needed another downspout and he could add it for about $90.00. I told him I wanted it done and to let me know when he could do the work. On May 15 I still hadn't heard from him so I did a contact through the Rain Fall website asking him to call me. On May 20 I still had not heard from Stephen so I called the Rain Fall number (which I believe is his cell phone), but could not leave a message since the mailbox was full. However, I was able to leave my phone number for a return call. It is June 4th and I still haven't heard from Stephen.

Estimate and replacement process was great. Technician arrived on time, professional, and provided great service. Would definitely recommend!

My house didn’t come with gutters and rainfall was able to quote and install in a timely manner. The quality of work was exceptional and the rain chains they installed for me are the talk of the neighborhood.

Got quotes from 3 companies to replace the gutters on two of our houses. Steve came out personally and did the quotes. Price was competitive and received the quotes back right away as opposed to some of their competition. We had to delay the work several times due to the weather delaying the roofers and painters. Steve was very flexible. Finally we had an opening and their 3 man crew came out and knocked out the job in 3-4 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Very professional and the gutters seem to be working perfectly and look very good. Also had the leafguards installed but have to wait until Fall to see if they work. Very satisfied with Rain Fall.

Had estimator come out and had a great talk with him. We walked the house so he knew what I was looking for and all was great definitely was looking forward to getting a quote. Unfortunately two days later and still no quote, so I had to get the job done by another company. Great people to talk with, but sadly did not follow up with an estimate, and I needed to get job done ASAP.

Great job! The gutters look fantastic! Clean up was excellent! Job was finished in a timely manner and the crew was polite and courteous. They called before they showed up and kept us informed as the job went along. Communication with Steve was superb! Both by e-mail and phone. Alex and his crew were GREAT!

They charged $350 because they honored a different company's bid. There was a little mix up. They actually bid it at $800 and they came down to $350 because they didn't get my okay. I thought it was the other the company that was doing the bid. They were great. Give them five stars -- awesome integrity and everything. It goes under CJKC General Contracting, LLC. The quality was excellent and they were very responsive.

Stephen set up an appointment for an estimate and was able to come out and look at the damaged sections. He gave me a fair offer and the crew came out and repaired the sections needed. They also cleaned out some debris from the storm from another section as a courtesy. I was very please with their service and friendliness of their workers. Would definitely hire again.

We really didn't like them. He argued with me, trying to convince me to go with them.

It went great. It did take a bit longer than they thought, but the job was done without a problem!

The installers were nice guys. I was just not happy with how they designed the system, where they put the downspouts and where they directed the water around the house. In some ways how they set up the gutters made the flooding around the house worse than it was before. Since I didn't have gutters before I just trusted them to know what to do which was, I guess, a mistake. Also, a couple of the long gutters were not installed perpendicular to the house but dangling at an angle so that when it rains hard the water just overflows so that's kind of useless. This was the only time I've had gutters put on so I can't compare to any other company. But since they get good reviews on Angie's List I expected to be a little more satisfied than I was.

No service provided. Not sure why my money is no good, but would never use in the future.

We scheduled the installed; Stephen's crew show up the next day and completed the work quickly. They matched the color of the down spout paint almost exactly with the house trim color. The work was completed quickly without incident. We are extremely happy with the results.

I had already been in touch with several other contractors who have written up estimates to install gutters on my home. Most contractors wouldn't have the integrity to advise me to complete other services prior to hiring them to do a job. I appreciate Steve encouraging me to actually correct other issues with my drive way prior to getting gutters since gutters will not solve my immediate problems. When I do buy gutters, Rainfall will definitely be the first company that I call.

First off they dropped a color chart of so I understood what options I had, after I painted the house they installed the gutter it matched perfectly and the install was fast as well.

I called several people recommended on Angies for quotes on new or repaired gutters. Most were busy with recent rain installs. David got back to me within a few days. I have gutters on the back of my house and needed either (a) new downspouts (2) or a new system. The current ones were plugged and rain was backing up and running over causing problems around my foundation. The quote: David came out and was on time. He looked at my gutters, measured, and provided me an estimate for mesh or leaf guard (I wanted leaf guard, see attached estimate). I was leaving town the next week, but advised I would like to book for the following week. My plans were canceled so I called David and after he checked his schedule, he said they could do the following week. I was very happy. He advised that on a corner, midway, I should have another downspout (I am not sure this is a good idea since it is at a poor location on my house). I agreed to having him install that to breakup overflow. His guote came in at $190. total price, but I was also quoted $240 for the mesh. His quotation system was odd and I should have clarified it a bit before the install, but I was happy to get someone to fix it before it rained again. The install: The install went well and the two guys who came (two Hispanic guys) were nice and professional. They arrived on time and cleaned up most of what they took down or cut. Although I wanted the leaf guard, after they were done I noticed they had installed the mesh. Since it was done, I just went with it. Leaf guard would have been nice since I have tons of trees and I am not sure why on the estimate the mesh is more. The new gutters are nice and the mesh works about the same as my previous (plastic) mesh. I am still not sure about the middle downspout since it runs right into a big tree and I have concerns about it causing problems there. Time will tell on this. The install took about 1.5 hours. They gave me the bill from David for $280.00. I was very surprised since his original was not this high. I sent him a few texts and he stated it was $280. Since his original estimate was so confusing (and no where does it state $280), I could not figure out what he was talking about. Payment: I paid David $280.00 but I do not believe he quoted me correctly OR he should have charged what he quoted. Either he made a mistake (which I do not think he did on the quote) OR he just overcharged on the install (which I think he did). On the other hand, he did come out fairly quickly (when I could not get anyone else). Advice on using: Get the quote, VERIFY it and completely go over the bid. Make sure you AND David understand what will be installed and what the cost will be.
