I had the project installed at my parent's house, so the ratings and comments are actually those of my dad: The installation team consisted of two people (Parco Elecric employees, not contractors). They poured the concrete slab, mounted the generator, and did all the electrical work. Since the gas meter and the electical box were on opposite sides of the house, an extended elextrical line had to be routed through the attic of the one-story home. This involved extra work inside and ouside the house which was done very clean and without significant disturbance. The team was always on time, and responded to tel.calls immediately when off the premises. They liaised with the electricity supplier and gas company in accordance with the progress of the installation project. Finally, they started up the generator, and this went flawless. They explained how to run the generator in a manual mode, if that ever would be desirable. Since they do all kinds of electrical work, I would certainly consider them for other projects

I ended up requesting a refund because they schedule an appointment missed it and then did zero follow up.

Ultimately achieved success on door bell with a small "grab" tool which I provided; they used small camera inserted into wall to reach the original wire. This effort was required as I was opposed to cutting into sheetrock to find same. No luck on ceiling fan; they exposed all the connections but refused to test for the connection I sought because the power to the fan was "not up to code".

Arrived on time and provided very good work.

I had used this provider before and they did a good job for me. I decided to purchase another deal from them. When they were doing the work this time, they cut a hole in my wall too close to the stud, so they ended up having to charge me for a different box they had to purchase, which I was a bit disappointed with. I do not think it was right that I was charged for their mistake. I looked up the part they charged me $10 for and it was a part that cost less than $1 at Home Depot. As for the work, they did a good job and came on time.

Professional, prompt, perfectionists, cleaned up very well after each area was complete. The price was as promised, the work was top quality and the people were great!

Service was exceptional, "T" pointed our some unknown challenges that I will have them come back and correct.

I received an automatic confirmation when I purchased on December 6, but then no contact. I called and emailed. I finally received a call back and the provider told me he had personal issues going on. He said he would call back the same day but later and he never called.

Bought Deal but I had to initiate contact. Parco repeatedly set appointments then didn't show. Parco blamed Angie's List for his poor communication. Finally showed & bilked my mom whose is elderly & I'll out if more $ than was due .

I purchased a big deal for 2 hours of electrical work. Parco Electric contacted me the same day and scheduled the service within the week. The electrician arrived on time and installed the ceiling fan and door bell very quickly. He was very professional. I am completely satisfied with the service provided.

T and Maria were sent to my home by A. Parco. They were on time and very courteous as I explained what project needed to be completed. I was somewhat apprenhesive about having a lady do electrical work, but was soon convinced that Maria was more than up to the task and had professional knowledge regarding electricity. Both T and Marie installed said electrical sources and I was completely satisfied with their work. I would definitly recommend them for any and all electrical jobs that a client may need. Since I was new to the Humble area, I didn't have any knowledge of individual contractors in this area. I looked up various electricians and was somewhat taken back that some wouldn't come to my home to give an estimate or describe the work I would need. Thanks to Angies list I found Parco Electric. A quick response and satisfaction of a job well done.

It turned out very well. Their rates were reasonable. Scheduling went well as well and they worked with me. They diagnosed an issue with a light in the bathroom and it?s been working fine since.

Maria and T were great. They were on time, professional, great at letting me know what they were doing, and the various issues they were encountering. The job became much more complex and time consuming due to the routing and wiring for the dedicated garage outlet (I was putting a refrigerator out there). They had to cut sheetrock across the garage and into the next garage area to reach the breaker box. It was necessary to cut sheetrock elsewhere to install new outlets, but they replaced the sheetrock they had removed and were very clear that I would need to float and tape to get everything back to normal. I appreciated the info so I could decide on every step of the work. I really appreciated the fact they told me upfront. Because the initial work took much more time than a simple dedicated outlet installation, it was necessary to schedule a second appointment. They worked with me about scheduling and did everything they could to make it convenient for me. In both cases, I knew what my part of the bill (over and above the Angie's list deal) was going to be and I think their pricing was very reasonable. Out of the four different electrical companies/contractors I've used, Parco is the ONLY one I would ever use again. You can't ask for more than great service, reasonable pricing, and employees who really want to do the job right.

Professional, courteous, friendly and capable. The box was a big job but pulling the wire turned into a real challenge on this two story home. "T" and Maria worked very hard and did not cut any corners even though they had a full schedule right before Thanksgiving. Maria did a great job cleaning up when they were done. Aaron was very courteous on the phone. I will definitely use Parco for any future needs.

Two guys showed up and were ready to go. After they were done, I pointed out that an electrical wire was left running over a gas line. I saw that as a trip hazard. They gave me no opposition. They had to re-run the electrical cable underneath my gas lines to eliminate a possible trip hazard. It was more work, but they took the extra time to correct it. After they were all done they cleaned up the inside and the attic. They asked me if the work had met my satisfaction and took me around to review all the new fixtures. They were very interested to know that I was a happy customer before they left. The price was very reasonable too. I would use them again. In fact, I have more work for them to do in 20-15. I plan to hire them again in February of 2015 to have them come out to install flood lights with motion detectors on the side of my home. Suffice it to say that this is a very good electrical contractor. Their prices are very reasonable. Shop around if you wish, but you will find that their prices are very competitive. Two electricians came at the time agreed upon. Both were very professional. Did an outstanding job on the instillation . Moved and replaced all furniture , to facilitate the job. I will contact this company ,when I need electrical work done in the future.

The technicians who did the work were very courteous and professional. They arrived on schedule and were very thorough in their work. They explained everything to me in terms I could understand. In addition to the scheduled work they checked out some outlets that were not working after some work I had another contractor do. They went into the attic and checked the wiring and discovered that it was not done to code. Wires were just twisted together and some were loose and sparked when moved. They put wire caps on all the connections so they are safe until they can come back and do them properly. Aaron Parker is very helpful. He returns calls promptly and answers all my questions. I appreciate that he does not try to sell me more than I heed. I bought this house recently and as it was a foreclosure it needs more work. Parco Electric is now my go to company for all my electrical work. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Overall it went well. We purchased a $300 for $500 coupon through Angies List. The electrician and helper were fast and courteous. Perhaps not the most "professional" but friendly. I have had no problems with the work performed so far. I greatly appreciated Mr. Parker speaking to me at length over the phone about all of the work that needed to be performed and giving sensible recommendations. We will call on them again.

Electrical work was fine; I had an issue where the electrician broke my cabinet door. It took much longer to get resolved than it should have but it has been resolved.
