Parco Electric

Arrived on time. Swapped out 3 patio fans for new ones, and moved interior dimmer switch. I think the work turned out to be more difficult than expected, but they pressed on, and did a great job. This is the second time we have used them.

Since I'm threatened a lawsuit if I post anything negative, I will simply state that I had a bad experience with this company. If I could, I would post pics.

This is our 2nd time using Aaron and Parco Electric the 1st was in 2015. When it comes to anything electrical I leave it to the pro's. The office gave me a 2hr appt window and when Aaron arrived, he looked a what my issues were, explained what was to be done and the cost involved. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

They fixed the electrical outlet, but were unable to complete any of the other problems that we have. They were supposed to call us back when they could fix the remaining issues, but it's been three months and still no follow-up. $270 to fix one electrical outlet is absurd.

Perfect. Arrived early, four people worked quickly and hard to do all the work I needed. Very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!!!

When I first called Parco the person that answered was very nice and informative. She advised me of what it might cost and said I may want to purchase a ceiling fan in case they cannot fix it. After purchasing a fan I called back and scheduled an appointment. There were some mistakes in the scheduling but they still were only about 30 min late. He apologized then got to work. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the old fan. They installed new LED bulbs for me and wall switches, he even cleaned the fan blades. I was impressed with their knowledge and great customer service. I would definitely use Parco Electric again!

The technician found and fixed the problem in a timely fashion. He also educated me on why the circuit was out and what was done to repair the issue. Great work. I would highly recommend Parko. In fact, I already have a few times.

Things went great. Both of the employees were professional and tolerated me hanging out with them (I'm a kid at heart). They arrived within the window of time they said and worked hard during the time they were hear. They also found some things that the builder did not do correctly.

I can't express the gratitude I feel for the excellent service this company has provided for me and the Spring/Woodlands area. I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income and the quality of their service is worth much more than they charge. God bless them all.

Parco Electric did an outstanding job in setting an appointment that fit my schedule, arrived on time, and assessed the problem quickly and gave me an estimate of the cost. When the pump that was promised was not available, Wayne, the owner, expedited the shipping of another pump, which was more expensive, but did not charge me the difference as it was not what was promised in the initial agreement. I would highly Parco Electric.

Aaron called and let me know he could stop by earlier than the scheduled time, if I'd like, which I was more than happy for him to do. He got right to work, checking out all my afflicted outlets, and determined that there was a break in the line to them, but was unable to locate the exact point of the break. He gave me options for running a new line and then wrote off the cost of the visit since he was unable to locate and fix the break. He also gave me feedback about some other issues I have going on in the house and took some time going over security lighting ideas for my back yard. He was a very nice fella and I do look forward to doing business with Parco Electric again.

Arrived on time, and confirmed the work to be done. Worked each item, cleaning up the area each time. When my wife arrived home, she advised the pendant light was installed too high, which they did per my instructions. They immediately set about lowering it to a more suitable height. .Overall all, both guys were very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Parco electrical

This was our first time using Angie's list as we were new to the area and wanted someone reliable. Well, that's exactly what we got. We purchased all the materials and Parco did the rest. They were very professional and courteous and cleaned up afterwards. We were more than satisfied with their work and they were reasonably priced. We would definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.

This was frankly one of the best vendors I've ever worked with for my home. Alan quoted me through email after I sent him some pictures and described the job. When he and his father came, they were on time and quickly explored how to do the least amount of drilling to my house in order to get the difficult wiring done with no attic access. They encountered several difficulties while performing the work (as a result of how the house was structured), and it turned out to be a much more complex job than originally expected. Still, he was very professional and stuck to his quote. On top of that, they even did a quick diagnostic of an unrelated breaker problem I was having for no charge. Very reasonably priced for the type of work that was involved. They were very friendly, easy to work with, did an excellent job, and were extremely professional. Earned my respect and repeat business.

We have used Parco several times in the past, and have always been pleased with their services. This time, we had no major projects, but wanted to improve the function and accessibility of several lightning fixtures. We probably could have done it ourselves, but when it comes to electrical work, we feel much better if a pro does it. We e-mailed Parco, and a few days later they called and set up an appointment. It took them a little longer to call back than usual; but this was just after the holidays, and I had told them there was no great urgency about this. The technician who showed up at the agreed time, Wayne, installed a new electrical box for the whole house a few years back; so I was pleased to see him again. Wayne is easy to talk to, listens to make sure he knows what you want, and works at a steady pace, checking to be sure he's done the job to our satisfaction. The work was not terribly challenging, I suppose; he finished it in 2.5 hours, which seemed reasonable to me. The results were everything I expected. Whenever we need electrical work in the future, I intend to call Parco.

The electrician was professional, courteous, picked up everything after work was completed and helped with some suggestions for some other work we wanted done.

It took two days to get the job done. Everything went well. The men were friendly and made sure I understood all repairs. I would recommend them to a friend.

Parco's electricians were on time and worked quickly and kept us informed on everything and checked to see that everything was just how we wanted them. They are friendlly and professional and very good about explaining everything. They were in and out will all work completed in less than two hours. We have used this company three times and they are the only electricians I will use. I also like it that I have had the same electrician come out rather than someone different each time.

When I called this provider I was told they couldn't come out until the next day. I called at 7:40 am. It wasn't like I called late in the day.
