I scheduled and asked for a certain time frame they accommodated. When Wayne arrived he traced the problem as well as showed me where my various cutoffs where located .Friendly professional and helpful.

They were courteous and flexible. Worked with my needs and schedule and came up with a way to accomplish what I wanted when I could not find a commercially available solution myself. I'd highly recommend.

To be honest I can't remember the exact date but Angie's List prompted me to evaluate the provider and it reminded me that I needed to do it because they were great. He took me as the last job on a Friday evening though they were 30 minutes away. They worked efficiently to find the problem and their price was reasonable. I can't remember the exact price so I put something above but it was very reasonable. I even showed them a quote from a previous electrician for some work I was considering doing and they told me that the other prices were too high and why. I really felt they were honest and I have learned that is hard to come by with contractors.

Initially it went very well. The workman spent the time to track down the problem and correct it so that all the outdoor plugs were in working order. There was a reasonable charge to replace the faulty plug. Everything was working when they left. However, within a very short time they did not work again. I called Parco and asked them to come out and see why it was not working. They did come and said the plug was bad and replaced it. They told me that the next time it went out the wiring would have to be run through the walls because each time it is replaced some of it is cut off and if someone plugged into that plug and pulled it loose it would require the replacement of the wiring, which would be expensive. I never used the new outdoor plug or allowed anyone else to and it was not working again. I called Parco and left a message that the plugs had not been used yet but when I tried they were not working and asked them to call me back. I needed to know how much the wiring was going to cost and why it had gone out without being used. They never returned my call. So initially I was very impressed with their work. But after replacing the plug twice...it still doesn't work and they did not call me back. After they did not call me back it made me wonder if it was ever really repaired or just a short term fix to honor the Big Deal I purchased. I am still not sure what was going on. I liked the way they handled everything at first but it just didn't end up working. And since they are the only ones to ever work on the outdoor plugs since the house was built I don't know why so much of the wiring was cut off that it couldn't be repaired. If everything was above board then why not call me back?

Getting in contact and getting everything scheduled took longer than I expected but then 4th of July holiday got in the way so I'm sure that had something to do with it. Then the Angie's List website was having issues. So that wasn't Parco Electric's fault. All that aside I am very please with the work for the price I paid. Wayne was very professional and personable. Had an apprentice with him who he was making sure the apprentice was applying what he learned (a sign of a good teacher.) Really like the way Wayne figured out how to fix the huge hole that he put in my wall. The hole was necessary but how he fixed it was ingenious. Made it easy to fix which I greatly appreciated.

Everyone was extremely polite. My fan was repaired correctly, my GFCI was fine, and the quote was reasonable! They even showed me receipts of things they bought for repairs, and there were no markups. I have had bad run ins with contractors recently, so the guys at Parco were a refreshing change! I highly recommend them.

I purchased a $59 whole house inspection coupon from Parco electric. I bought this deal because I had some outlets that I believed to be working on a switch that I could not figure out where it was located. The deal seemed like a match and an excellent price for this small job. The technician came to my home and did not know what voucher I had purchased and did not care. He went right out of the bat stating that he could not inspect my whole house, all he was going to do was some "basic evaluation." I explained the problem that I was having and asked him to please focus on helping figure out which switch controlled which outlets. This limited evaluation ended up taking him about an hour. Turned out I had a hidden GFCI outlet that had tripped. He reset it and showed me which GFCI outlets controlled which outlets and I recommended that I allow him to switch out the outlet on the back porch because it was rusted and stated that it only costed $10. Now the interesting part. He sits down to write out my invoice. Imagine my surprise to find I owed $140 when I had already paid $59 for this inspection. He explained that he did not do an inspection, rather "fact finding" and that was not covered under this coupon. I read to him right off the coupon which I had printed in front of him what was included and asked him how he did anything different than what was listed and he basically said that the coupon was just a way for him to get a foot in the door so they could perform more billable services. He also said they probably shouldn't sell the coupons because everyone gets upset. After speaking with the owner about what had happened he assured me that this level of service was not customary and that the technician would be retrained. He also credited back the money I spent on my next service. I was very pleased with his professionalism and desire to make every customer a satisfied one so I will have them back out to do some more work on my patio.

The provider showed up on time around 10:30 A.M. The appointment was scheduled between 10:00 A.M. and 12 Noon. Everything went well during the install except three notable things. First, the provider did not center the cover on the fan that is used to cover the electrical wiring and the opening in the ceiling, I had to fix that myself. Second, the provider criticized the company that I worked for, because he had a negative experience with the company. I felt that was unnecessary. Thirdly, the provider did not give me a wiring option when wiring my ceiling fan to a particular switch, I would have liked to have the fan wired to a different switch. But over all the provider was average.

It was awful. They were going to leave after labeling only the major appliance breakers. Then they said they could label the other breakers but it would only say lights or outlets and not identify the room(s) or location(s), which would be useless. They finally labeled some but not all after a few hours. It was painful.

Easy to deal with as usual. Parco has done work for us before and we've never had an issue. Courteous, on time and cost effective.

They were on time and were very nice and helpful. They showed me what the issue was and was able to fix it for me.

Everything went pretty well. The electricians showed up on time. Although it took a while to find the problem with the panel (some electrical outlets were installed improperly by the general contractor). Aaron, the owner, came out and personally looked everything over to make sure it was fixed right.

It went fine. Service man was informative and helpful with suggestions for other issues.

I have used Parco before and at that time had been very pleased with the service. Although I ended up using a different service, I would have preferred to have worked with Parco but needed immediate service and received no response for over 2 weeks. I am disappointed that they did not response to my Hot Deal purchase.

Employees are friendly. Arrived on time.

They were very friendly, and, despite the fact 99% of the problem was user error, they didn't make me feel at all stupid.

They apparently do not have a centralized appointment service. They failed to show up. When I called to ask why, they informed me that one of their electricians quit and maybe I made an appointment with him. I hung up. They called me back and called me as a******.

To many details to list, however if you value your hard earned money, take it elsewhere!

Called exactly seven days ago. Spoke to a woman who said that I couldn't schedule an appt by phone! But she took my name, number, address and a detailed description of the problem and what we wanted done. Then she directed me to their website where I could fill out a request for service online, which I did while on the phone with her. She told me I would hear back within 48 hours. I thought even 48 hours was unreasonable. Why can't she schedule an appt by phone???!! Plus, I never heard back at all, after talking to someone on the phone, and requesting service online. So much for 48 hours...

Tech was on time, courteous and professional. Overall, a very positive experience.

Was scheduled to come out the Friday of spring break ( MARCH 13,_)to do all the work I needed and had given me an estimate over phone. My $89 was to be and subtracted from the total of all the work. March 13th came and went and I started calling after a week went by. I was again scheduled and that morning March 26th when I called to confirm, it was again an apology so I asked for my money back. The lady said she would refund
