Description of Work: replaced 3 air conditioners. Was outstanding to deal with and I'd recommend him to anyone. Small, local company who cares about his reputation, customer value, and has always been willing to help me with issues that have come up since then. He got too busy a few times and missed scheduled maintenance appointments, but always rescheduled and did the work...mostly an issue because he is getting really busy, but he's also hired help to keep up with his growth.

Description of Work: I've used Charlie with Madd Air several times over the past few years and will continue to do so in the future. He is honest about your problem and what needs to be done to fix it; he doesn't try to up-sell you or charge for every little thing. In fact, it's just the opposite. He goes above and beyond what he actually charges you for and I call that real VALUE. I highly recommend him to all my neighbors and I will use him for all my service right up to and including a whole new unit when he tells me it's time.
