As above. I had a water main leak replaced with more flexible and better quality piping. They were able to find the leak and work around my sidewalk that runs down the front of the yard as well as the brickwork that I have with my flower beds. The trench was made for over 20 feet and several feet deep. They took the sod out in cuts so that they could replace it as if nothing was done. They found the leak and did all of this in 1 day. I was very pleased. The integrity of my yard was not harmed and I was able to have it back to normal with watering it.

Responded to VM promptly and showed up at appointed time. Fast and efficient.

We had a clogged sewer line in the pipe that runs from our home out to the main sewer. I could not run the washing machine, dishwasher or flush toilets. I called CNR Plumbing, Inc., in the A.M. on 10/7/15. Chris (owner) was able to come to my home, same day in the afternoon. He gave me an estimated arrival time & arrived right on time. Chris asked several questions to understand the situation & determined it must be in the sewer line that runs from our house to the main city sewer pipe. He & his helper ran a roto-rooter type cable about 75' through the drain line in our master bathroom shower. We never found out what was clogging the line. When he pulled the cable out, there was nothing significant caught on the sharp end of the cable. The result was.....the drain line was unclogged as we tested it by running water through all the drains in the house. Chris was very pleasant, courteous, efficient & knowledgeable. I was so happy to have found a reliable plumber in the Kingwood area. I will not hesitate to call him again in the future, if needed.

I have no complaints about Chris. I called him around 9 a.m. He was here, resolved the problem, and was gone by 10:15. He was professional in appearance and demeanor. He charged precisely the amount quoted over the phone. And, he was undeterred by our ferocious little poodle mix. We will definitely use him again!

We had a seriously clogged drain on a weekend - and the CNR tech was able to come out same day and get it fixed.

We noticed the caulking at the base of the commode was discolored and saw some water around the base of the commode. We suspected the wax seal at commode base was leaking. We called Chris and he returned our call and made an appointment for the repair. Chris showed up on time and the repair went smoothly. The work entailed removing the commode, examining the seal to determine source of the leak. Chris examined the flange, which connects the commode to the soil pipe, and found a crack. Chris replaced the flange. The total job took 2 hours and the price we paid him included parts and labor. Chris took great care in making sure the job was done correctly and protecting the bathroom cabinets and walls. Chris charges the going rate for plumbing work. Chris has done several plumbing repairs in our home some of which included installing a new shower faucet and a new kitchen sink and faucet. Chris is the only plumber we hire because his work is meticulous and he is a perfectionist. Chris is very conscientious in making sure we are satisfied with the final outcome. We highly recommend him.

I called CNR to fix a leak on an exterior faucet. He was prompt, polite and professional. The fix turned out to be something so simple, I actually could have repaired it myself, but Chris was so gracious and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Instead he gave me some helpful tips and showed me how to fix it myself should it happen again in the future. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for a more serious issue.

The stoppage was cleared and an explanation of why it happened was also made.

After a couple of false starts on actually getting together, Chris arrived with a helper on Saturday morning. They had the the filter and softener installed and the job completed in about 5 hours. Chris outlined how they had done the installation and explained how the systems worked. He apologized for taking so long, but he said he was not an expert on softeners or filters. But he did a good job. I would hire him again.

He arrived as expected and was very professional. The job was complicated because it was hard to access the pipe to cut and remove the damaged piece. He kept me informed of what was happening and completed the job which even included changing out the trap and drain piece for me. He cleaned everything up and you couldn't even tell anything had been done in the bathroom. He even put the side panel back in place for me. The price was 1/4 of what another plumber had quoted me. I have given his name out to another friend of mine in the area. I would highly recommend him for plumbing work. I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of me as a woman.

Chris kept me appraised of his schedule, and arrived when he said he could. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Chris conducts himself in a very professional manner. He is very interested in customer service. I cannot comment on price because I have not had other recent plumbing needs, but I would definitely use CNR again. ,

This was my first experience with Chris. Chris is top notch -- articulate, takes pride in doing the job right and doing a quality job. His pricing was reasonable and fair. He will explain what he is doing, why he is doing it, will listen to any input you might have including alternative approaches. He is on-time, highly reliable, reasonably responsive to phone messages (recognizing when you call, he may be in the middle of something dangerous and cannot answer 'on the spot'). I do not know what more anyone would want. I will certainly consider using him again if and when needed.

Chris had done some renovation work for us last year through our contractor. I was glad to see him on Angie's list when whe needed water heater repair. Chris and his helper were punctual and professional. They brought all of the materials that were necessary to remove 2 water heaters from the attic and replace them. They were careful with my floors and stairs, and they cleaned their mess thoroughly before leaving. I will definitely call CNR again should the need arise.

Chris came out very quickly on a Friday evening. He was efficient and professional. It was a clog at the very end of the line, so it took a long time, but he stayed patient. He also pointed out two things that were done wrong on our plumbing and suggested how to fix them. Very helpful. We will definitely call him for future plumbing needs.
