Great! Chris not only replaced the wax ring, but repaired damage done by previous tiling contractor who had done a poor job resetting the toilet. He had to chip out the grout that was used previously (the tiling guy should have used a taller wax ring). He went above and beyond to leave everything clean upon finishing.

Chris was very upfront about cost and a timeline for when he could get our water heater replaced. He offered two options for that particular weeks workload. To either come next day to see about repairing the current heater or he could schedule a replacement for two days from then. Since our heater was over 15 years old we opted for the replacement. Chris was very professional and efficient and he was thoughtful about minimizing the effects of hauling water heaters up and down carpeted stairs and carpeted hallways. He wasted no time yet made sure to answer any and all questions I had. I would definitely call on CNR Plumbing for any future needs we may have.

I will definitely hire Chris again. Good job and fair price. He was really busy due to the floods but he mangaed to work me into his schedule.

Called Chris and was able to swing by quickly, had the problem identified and even called the Hot Water Heater manufacture to register my heater so it would fall under warranty. Chris made all the necessary repairs and had me fixed up with in a few hours. Great service and well recommended.

Perfect! Chris Rinaudo evaluated my water heater, found the leak and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was very friendly and professional and even fixed a toilet that had a small leak. Afterwards, the toilet flushed better than it had in 10 years. Absolutely recommend CNR Plumbing.

The service tech was on time. He diagnosed the problem the hot water tank that was leaking. Replaced a part on both tanks, and even did a minor repair to the kitchen sink. I was expecting to pay 3 times as much because of a past experience with another plumbing service. It took less than 30 minutes for the repair and the technician was very knowledgable and friendly. I even gave his card to my neighbors across the street when I noticed them using the other company that I had the bad experience with, Abacus Plumbing (they charged my 300 to replace a cylinder in a shower. I could have done it myself except I didn't have the tool. The plumber had the nerve to tell me the reason the service cost 300 was because he had the "special tool" and I didn't.) I would recommend and use this provider again.

My husband said Chris did a good job in replacing the broken cap.

He came out around 1PM. He was troubleshooting for the first 15 minutes. He went into our attic and then found the cause. He found water in the attic over our hot water heater. Then he saw that the cap was loose on the vent on our roof above our hot water heater. He said the water on the roof sent water down into the sides of the hot water heater ending up into the drain pan and causing the hot water heater to malfunction. I sopped up the water in the drain pan with a towel and paper towels. He put some black caulking around the top and bottom of the roof vent to hold down the cap which was not in place. He finished around 2 :15 PM, and he made out his invoice sheet. I paid with my credit card, and I told him I was very pleased with his work. I so enjoyed my warm shower and washing my hair that evening!

As expected. Quick analysis of the problem, explained what he was going to do and did it promptly. Will definitely use his services again when necessary.

All I can say is "wow"... I have used many "popular brand" plumbing companies in the past.. but they always seem to WAY over charge. So I decided to try CNR Plumbing based on Angie reviews. Chris was able to show up right away. He was going to initially just "look" and see what would be needed and give me a quote. However, he unclogged my toilet in a matter of minutes with a long device that provided pressure. Then he looked at my shower knob and had it fixed right away! I would like to add that this shower knob had been an issue for years... many handymen/plumbers had tried to fix it. It's main problem initially was that it was extremely difficult to pull open. I was told the only way to fix this was by completely redoing it with a new knob. But they always wanted an outragous price for this job so I just put up with it. Chris not only reattached it, but he did so in such a way that it now pulls open EASILY!! He did all this for a very reasonable price. I plan on using him for several other jobs around my house to update my faucets, etc. (also very reasonable quote for these jobs) I have had other companies quote me over $150 MORE than what Chris quoted. *** I highly recommend CNR Plumbing *** Very professional and reasonable.

I called a number of people that morning. Chris was the first to answer. He listened well as I described the problem and said, "Well it looks like all you need is a new relief value. I'm doing a job right now but can be there in an hour and fix you up." He was there in less than an hour. Very nice and conversational, easy to talk to. Chris was aware that other competition had been working with me to try to get the job. Chris said, "Look I can meet the bids my competition has made to you. If you had one relief valve go wrong, chances are the other one will be next to go bad. I'll change both water heater relief values for you at a reduced priced from what I stated earlier." What Chris offered was too good to turn down. Besides he was very nice, professional and punctual. Also, I'm a member of Angie's list and Chris had stellar reviews and A ratings. Chris finished replacing both valves on my 2 water heaters, that were in my attic, in about 30 min. He didn't mind that I watched him work. He even explained to me what he was doing. He lit my gas heater. Set the thermostat and had the water up and running in no time. Afterwards he even went outside with me to check my drainage pipes & everything was working like a charm. Chris is a young, experienced plumber and good with people. He is not out to swindle you but to form a relationship. You want go wrong by getting this guy to help you out. He's the real thing, honest, personable and helpful. This will be my go-to-guy for future plumbing needs. And if he can't help you he will be happy to recommend someone who can. But this guy is pretty multi-talented and can do pretty much anything. Call him like I did and you want be sorry. Now I know this seems to be an over-the-top review and you may think Chris and I are somehow related. No, Not at all. Today was the first time I ever met the guy. Called and asked for emergency repair at 8pm. Said it would be $150 since after hours emergency minimum. Chris arrived within about 20-30 minutes. He went into the attic and drilled a small hole in one of the center pvc pipes... put his auger down and cleared the clog, patched the pipe and fixed the issue. Spent 30-45 minutes here to complete the job. He charged me the price he stated over the phone $150. Chris was very professional and responded quickly. I will use him again if needed and will recommend him to my neighbors. He lives in Kingwood and I live in Oakhurst so he was close.

When I called the phone number listed for CNR Plumbing, Inc. it was answered promptly. I soon realized I was talking with the owner and asked him if he did the type of service we were needing. He said that he could, but he was at another job and didn't know when he would be free to come by. I told him that was fine, and he said he would call me when he was heading my direction. It was around 5:00p when he called and he came to the house. He was very professional and went right to work! He unclogged the drain pipe, it was packed with all sorts of gunk! We just purchased the home and moved in back in May. He explained what he was doing and even told us how to do preventative maintenance to keep the drain clear. I would use this company again for any plumbing needs.
