O2 Kool servicers contacted me less than a minute after filling up my search on home advisor. I explained my issue and they came to my home within a few hours. They identified several problems that I wasn't even aware of once they began inspecting my HVAC unit. By 1:00 the next day they completely installed a brand new system. I was very pleased with the service from these gentlemen and would highly recommend them for any way needing HVAC service in the future.

JC was great. Fast, knowledgeable, and honest. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the issue and was on his way. He gave great advice, and I would definitely contact O2 Kool Refrigeration & A/C again.

JC is wonderful. He figured out what was wrong with our wall furnace (it needed a new thermocouple), went to Home Depot and got one, came back and installed it, all sooner than we were hoping for. And for a very reasonable price. We will definitely call O2Kook first if/when we have heating or AC problems in the future.

The technician (Christopher) came to home, and he helped me to replace a fuse (that I made the mistake to break), he did review the units and helped to install my NEST thermostat. Their performance of our annual furnace inspection was certainly adequate. The technician was punctual and performed his tasks professionally.

Butch returned my call at 7:20 a.m. When I discussed that my thermostat was out and may only need batteries, we kept in touch all morning. Once I determined that it indeed was a battery problem, I still had him come out to make sure. He was very flexible in coming out on a Saturday that fit my schedule and reassured me that my heater was fine.
