Chris and his team were very responsive. They showed up within hours from the time I called. Once they diagnosed the problem, I decided to replace the whole A/C system (coil and condenser). They were able to arrange installation on the same day. They were very professional, courteous and they placed blankets on all carpeted areas to protect these areas. I also had the opportunity to compare their price with several other contractors and they were very competitive. I have already recommended them to several of my friends.

Chris, James and Blake found time in their busy schedule to come and service my air conditioner. It ended up being my thermostat, but they checked my air conditioner to be sure it did not need any work as well. They were professional, courteous, and very easy to talk to. While I was looking at the Home Advisor website, Thanksgiving morning, the first AC/Heating co. listed, 02 Kool called me. Christopher presented himself and his business well on the phone. After we discussed what problem I was having with my central heat, plus the cost for a service call, we set an appointment for the next morning. Chris called when he was on his way to my home and showed up a very few minutes past the set time. I wasn't surprised it took him a little more time than he expected because I know what the traffic can be like around here of a morning. He came in, introduced himself and we showed him where the central unit was located. Chris set to work, and soon had the pilot light working again. He was also helpful in answering questions about the unit that we had and assuring us there was no other problem he could see. I would recommend Chris and his business highly both for his service and what I perceived to be a positive work ethic.
