I was well inform about what i needed, and the total cost.

We had five requests for a/c repair quotes and O2Kool's response was the most responsive. Chris followed up immediately and sent James & his team out to assess our failed a/c. They provided detailed information to help us decide on the best replacement options. After researching their options we believe their prices were very fair. The team was very professional & personable. They finished a complete a/c replacement the same day. We are extremely satisfied with their work & would hire them again.

O2KOOL is the best and my go to from now on. Thanks O2. My AC was out for 3 days had family try to fix what we thought were simple issues but it did not work. I found this website to hopefully get help for Sunday as it was past 5 on Saturday. They called after I answered the online questions & were in my area and They arrived arrived about an hour & 1/2 later. Problem was a fuse in my system and to my surprise did not charge me even for the fuse they replaced. They will be my go to from now on. O2KOOL THANK YOU SO MUCH

Since I moved out here to Arbor Hills I've been looking for an AC company to come and check my system and put me on a maintenance contract to keep it in top shape. Had a hard time finding someone who would come out here. Chris came out performed the work and was very thorough explaining what he did and what he would do in the future. He would have been out the same day I called him but my schedule would not allow it. So far I think this is the company I'll work with and would recommend him to others.

Chris came out on short notice late and on a Friday night. We had family visiting from out of town and one of the units stopped cooling the day prior. Chris quickly assessed to problem and gave the best options on how to best resolve them. He was able to implement a temporary solution to keep us cool until the main issue could be resolved. They stand by their work. They were willing to come out at 11:00 at night when i had no A/C. They also worked around my difficult schedule.

A/C went out late Friday afternoon, and it was 85 degrees inside. Found the company on this website, and Chris made a point to come out at 7:30 that evening. It was a fairly quick fix to get up & running, and he did that promptly. Great service, very fair & honest. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Responded to the project quickly. Were able to set up a meeting for the next day after work. Fixed the problem, explained the problem and charged me exactly what they had quoted as a likely case during the first call.

I initially called for a repair, but the unit was beyond repair. Chris gave an excellent price for the replacement and put it in the next day. The service was great, all the guys were very friendly. They treated my house with respect too which was greatly appreciated, for example, shutting outside doors when used. I highly recommend Chris and his crew.
