Chris & James got us running in no time on a very busy Saturday of a holiday weekend. They called when they said they would, came over,when they said and did an excellent job. I'd recommend them to friends and family with zero reservations.

Even though my unit was no longer experiencing the problem I called about, they troubled shot the unit and figured out it just needed to be reset. Plus they cleaned the compressor while they were at it.

By far, one of the best service experiences I've had using Home Advisor. I contacted 02 Kool and was told that they would come by the next morning. I was then pleasantly surprised by two crewmembers dropped by a couple of hours later to check. They found the problem and took care of it within 15 minutes. The price was right and the crew were respectful and professional. I highly recommend this company and will keep their number handy in the event of any future issues.

They were great. Replaced two units and even under the heat we are having.

When I spoke with Chris to schedule an appointment, he gave me a window of 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and was here right at 4:00. Him and his assistant came in did their thing, let us know what was wrong and fixed the problem.

Within minutes of submitting for a quote, Chris called my husband. He came by about an hour later to assess the problem with our unit (only 4 years old). Unfortunately, we had been scammed by the prior AC company we used and the unit was shot. Chris and team arrived early the next morning. They were on time, very efficient at getting both new units installed, extremely polite and cleaned everything up before leaving. We highly recommend them!

This is a great company the service men were very nice and polite. They cleaned the air condition unit, now it's running better with cooler air. See y'all in the winter time to check the heater.

The company (O2 Kool Refrigeration & Central AC repair) did an excellent diagnosis on my entire central AC system and were able to identify the problem(s) that my central AC system had (and why it was not cooling properly and staying on continuously). They then did the repairs that the central AC unit needed and at a fair market price (and included an extended 2 year service agreement).

The technician names were Butch and Blake they were very curteous and very fast. I couldn't saying anything more highly about them, they were super professional.

Texas heat is no joke, and when our A/C went out yesterday it was an EMERGENCY. Using HomeAdvisor to locate a reputable A/C repairman was fantastic! I put my order query in online and within 60 SECONDS, I was on the phone with a service provider who came out NEXT DAY, and NOW we have A/C again! I couldn't be happier!

Got to our Lake House on a Friday afternoon. Turned the AC down to get the house cooled down and nothing, just air blowing. Did a quick search for AC companies that service Lake Buchanan area and were available on Saturday. Found O2 Kool Refrigeration. Called first thing Saturday morning. Chris answered and said he could be there in about an hour as he was finishing up at another call. He called back about 30 minutes later just to let me know he was running about 45 minutes late as the job was taking a little longer than he had expected. He arrived and did a thorough inspection of the attic and outside units (which are old). He cleared the blockage in the primary drip line, cleaned the outside coils and charged the unit. Good as new. I have had this unit serviced in the past and no company previously called comes anywhere close to how Chris serviced and inspected my system. He made sure everything was cleaned and operating correctly. He even gave me some tips on how to do some routine maintenance to keep this old unit running as long as possible. Great guy, very knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. Excellent service, workmanship and pricing. Don't think twice about calling these folks. If you need AC help, these are the folks to call.
