The gentlemen who arrived at our house were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what caused my issue and how they fixed it. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks!

Butch appeared about an hour later after I had made a request for AC repair service. He was really good at what he was doing. He explained what went wrong and replaced the faulty part and took care of the possible future issues as well. I strongly recommend him for HVAC work.

Butch was wonderful and really explained everything about our system. He even went in our attic when there was a raccoon siting--the raccoon unplugged our system! Butch fixed that and cleaned the unit and showed me all my problems. We are looking into getting a loan so we can use 2Kool to install our new AC unit. Butch Rocks!

They came out did the look through one day and the very next day they were installing two new units. They kind of had to considering we bought the house with 15+ year old AC units on their last legs. These guys were fast (we only suffered for a few hours with the heat), polite, professional, & clean. We will definitely be using these guys from here on out.

They showed up very timely and couldn't have been more thorough. Great job and we will use them again.....even though we hope that is not necessary.

REPLACED 2 OLDER HEAT PUMPS AND AIR HANDLERS WITH NEW UNITS @ FAIR PRICE & QUICK SERVICE

These guys were understanding, fair, and caring. They came late at night because I was worried about allowing the situation to go another day (A/C was flooding a part of my house!) They worked quickly, got the situation fixed and the price was more than fair.

They were quick to respond to my request for a bid even at 10pm, arrived (within 40minutes of scheduled time, to be expected in this heat spell), diagnosed the problems, made repairs and all within the initial quote. I've added them to my contact lists for service professionals

Would definitely hire these pros again! Very efficient and explained everything that was being done for my repair. May do a replacement of my unit - they were over 30% less expensive then my previous bid I received through a 'friend'. HomeAdvisor did great with this company and will most certainly recommend them to anyone that wants someone legit.

I can't say enough good things about the service I received from Chris and James. They worked fast and methodically. I've never seen any HVAC guys work so well.
