02 Kool Refrigeration & A/C

I decided to replace my original Air handler and Condenser. I'd had issues with each. Well, an expense that no one wants to spend, but O2Kool did make it as painless as possible. They had the old one out and new one in within two hours. Tuned it with some additional refrigerant and it's been great. It's MUCH quieter than the Original system that came with the house. I'm pretty happy with the new system. :)

Outstanding SERVICE. I called 02 Kool Refrigeration and A/C around 5:00 pm on a Saturday regarding a HVAC leak. I explained the situation to Chris and he arrived at my home within the hour. He assessed the situation, fixed the issue on the spot and explained the cause. I'm hoping to get a few more years out of my 17 year old HVAC but will definitely contact Chris when I need future repairs or a new HVAC. Seriously, I haven't experienced this type of customer service in years. Prompt, honest, professional, knowledgable, and kind. Highly recommend this company!

I live in a mobile home.They made a few repairs to my old system and everything was great, Fast professional service. Then it came time to replace my entire AC unit. Few small things after the install, door didn't fit on inside unit and heat didn't work. They came back out and fixed the issues no problem. They have been out a few other times for spring service and another small issue. They are very responsive. Can't go wrong with 02Kool.

They were prompt and easy to work with. They only charged for the work done - didn't dream up other stuff for me to buy. Did give me options. Very professional.

These guys were fantastic! They came right over and chatted briefly with me concerning the problem with my heater and told me what it might be. They were spot on with the diagnosis and resolved the issue quickly. I asked a couple of questions, which they answered. They also provided me with a no hassle consultation regarding my heating and cooling systems and upgrade options for the future. All of this for a VERY, VERY reasonable price! I would definitely recommend them and I'm looking forward to calling them in the near future when I'm ready to upgrade!

5 stars easy! They exceeded my expectations and were professional, friendly, and pleasant. Without a doubt the best AC/Heating group I've ever come across. Installed a complete heat pump and ductwork in just a few hours, including demo and fabrication of the new stuff. Had all the parts ready to go the day after the quote, just amazing. They were open to my individual needs and wants and exceeded even those. They will take care of you, no doubt! They are definitely my go to guys for AC/heating work.

They came and fixed the mistake that another company made, and within 20 minutes I didn't have to wear my hat inside! They were so prompt, professional and great. They walked me though every step of the process. Butch was the person who helped me, and he was super great and even my grumpy dog liked him. YAY.
