Came a day early ... checked out system but did not charge for their service since AC seemed to be operating just fine.

On time, very thorough.

I was on the fence about dealing with another HVAC service tech from an online listing after my issue last year with a listing on Yelp. However, Chris from O2Kool Refrigeration & A/C, has restored my trust with online references. He came out on the same day because one of his appointments cancelled on him. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me info of what was going on and what I could expect and answered all my questions. Final invoice price was reasonable. He accessed the situation and fixed the issue in about and hour. I would hire again, if needed, and recommend Chris from O2Kool Refrigeration & A/C to my family and friends or to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable HVAC service tech, for that matter. The only reason I did not give them across the board 5.0s is because the office messed up by not putting my appointment on the calendar. Once the technician came, it went perfectly. I would still use them again.

Quick response, professional, and hardworking.

Super fast response on the 96 degree day. Diagnosis and repaired system within 15 minute of arrival. Only reason for the 4.5's is that, No One Is Perfect! We want them to keep trying, don't we? Super Value....

They arrived at scheduled time and the work performed was professionally done. I appreciated that that they didn't waste my time with "up-sells" or trying to sell me a new system like some other companies do. I will definitely use this company again.

These guys where awesome!! They kinda got a late start, but once they got at my home they went to work right away. And they came all the way from Kingsland/ Marble Falls area to Dale, Texas (about a 2 1/2 hour drive) when a lot of their competitors wouldn't even service our area! Thank you guys for coming to our rescue. They stayed late and got the work done. Plus it only cost us $4300.00 when every one else wanted $ 6 or 7000.00 dollars. Excellent service and quick response

Chris came out and checked my equipment for no charge. We determined that the A/C needs to be replaced, which is what I thought was needed. He's not out to get your money. There's only a charge if he fixes the issue. Great guy.

Chris rescued me in the middle of the night-how awesome is that?! I really enjoyed everything about this company; and usually these types of "joys of home ownership" (replacing an AC unit) are not that joyful.

The employees of O2 Kool Refrigation were pleasant and professional. They worked around my schedule. I would gladly recommend this company to others.

I called fairly late in the day for an AC repair. They arranged to come out after lunch the next day. They came out earlier than expected, which meant my tenants and their little ones had cool AC blowing before the heat of the day. They were polite and efficient, and the price was right.

Chris listen to my needs and knew what he was doing without over charging me. He took the time to look at all aspects of my air conditioner to make sure I didn't need to call him back for service any time soon. Well done
