I appreciated how responsive O2 was to come out and diagnose my issue. There was great communication throughout scheduling and while the tech was here, who explained the system in a way that was easy to understand. Clearly an expert, and very helpful.

Very fast service and at a very reasonable price. No high pressure sales tactics that are used by many other companies. They came by to see my problem, then returned same day to fix it. Wasn't expecting them to be able to do that. They were very respectful of my property and courteous and professional. If I have another A/C need, I will be calling them again.

On the hottest day of the year so far, O2 Kool arrived quickly and fixed our a/c problem as soon as they could. The service technicians were courteous and professional.

O2Kool communicated when they would be be available to come out and they were right on time. The issue was identified within five minutes--They could have easily told me that the issue was something different and over charged me, but they didn't. The issue was quickly resolved and the cost was more than fair. Best experience I've ever had!

I called early in the morning when i discovered that our A/C was not working. O2Kool had installed it a few years ago so I was surprised that it was having a problem. Brad came out that same morning and opened up the unit - only to find that something had eaten through some of the wires!!(Possibly fire ants - he said they like to chew on wires). He quickly fixed the problem and had us up and running in no time. Thanks Brad for doing a great job!!

After I submitted my request for service via HomeAdvisor, I received a prompt call from O2 Kool and got an appointment set up for the very next day. JC at O2 Kool came out and diagnosed my HVAC issue quickly and explained exactly how he came to the conclusion. The repair cost seemed fair and was completed the very next day. I will use them again for my HVAC needs.

The person that came out to do the quote for the new furnace and AC was fantastic. O2 Kool quoted us a great price! Then the installers showed up. I am not impressed as we had some leaks in the ducting, they did not offer mold resistant material for the plenum box and they could not think outside of the box when it came to installing our vent pipe. They were supposed to come out to do the follow-up. We received a letter that gave a call by this date or we will not come out to follow up. We were not home and did not receive the letter until too late. I called several times but did not get a response. We have two more units that need replacing. I am happy I did not quote with them for all three!

Let me tell you a story! I woke this morning with my wife telling me her mother’s heater wasn’t working. Being an ice storm just hit the Central Texas Area we were concerned. I immediately opened my Home Advisor App imputed the information and almost immediately CJ from O2 Kool Refrigeration and AC called. He was in the Marble Falls area and informed me that it would be about an hour and a half before he could be here. Knowing what kind of weather we had and how busy these guys were I said it was a deal. Wow! They showed up made a few adjustments to the unit got it working and then refused any pay since they didn’t have to do any repairs. Talk about wonderful customer service, these guys exemplify Professional refreshing customer service. I immediately put them in my phone contacts for future use. Bravo and Thank You for taking care of my mother in law.
