Timely and professional

Very quick and easy to book the service call (even on a holiday weekend!), prompt arrival, and expertly identifying the problem with my heat pump. Remedied in a jiffy. I know whom to call when my aging unit needs replacement.

A gentleman by the name of James Risley from 2Kool, came out to check a problem that we were having with our Air Heating System. He was incredibly honest and we found that while we were still under warranty on the unit, he recommended what our next step should be and was QUITE GRACIOUS in servicing our unit and had called us half hour before he showed! Additionally, his integrity in not ignoring the warranty to build the sale; servicing what he could and did so in a most economic manner. He was also forthcoming about his recommendation and steps we should take next are absolutely amazing! He is definitely the type of person that anyone would want working on their unit! In his words, " We are just trying to do the right thing to help take care of the people that we serve!" It clearly doesn't get any better than that!

A great price can still equal a great value and quality equipment and service. Highly recommended, These folks did a full ac/heat pump replacement (2 Units) in under 4 hours and when they were done my place was as clean as when they arrived.

Can't really rate value until the heater rune for a while

I had this company come out to service my AC and address an issue I was having. The tech was here about 7 mins before leaving. What can you do in seven minutes to justify a $100?

The gentleman came and checked my A/C during a time of emergency.

Very prompt and responsive. Came out with an hour or so on a Sunday afternoon, assessed the problem and returned early the next day with all parts needed to test further and repair. Final testing showed the least expensive component was broken and that’s what they recommended fixing. AC unit runs beautifully again.

Super fast service, came when they said they would and they were very aware of cost and asked which way I wanted to go , thank you 😊

These guys were awesome! Chris came to my house on a Sunday to give me a quote. He had a crew back at my house at 9:30 AM on Monday (earlier than planned and they called ahead). They replaced my entire A/C unit in 2.5 hours! It's blowing cold, has a great warranty and everything was cleaned up as though they were never there. I didn't want to spend the money to replace it but the old unit was 14 years old and had to go. They were fast, friendly and gave me a good price. I will definitely use them again.

Came the day we called, gave an estimate of the time and cost of the system, and delivered on everything they told us. could not have been a better experience.

Technician came out, checked the unit and was very detailed on what my problem was. He gave me suggestions on what I could do. In the end I had a new unit installed. They called me when they were 30 minutes out. Very professional.
