They showed up within time frame and went right to work.

The technician did a really good job at explaining what was happening with our A.C. unit, and what to watch for. He really knew his stuff about HVAC, and was very courteous.

Tech was prompt and professional. Gave me a solid diagnosis and a few different options on how to proceed. Very happy with the service call and would hire again.

Via HomeAdvisor, CJ (technician) called me before 8:00 am. By noon, he was at my door. (Others were looking at DAYS to help.) CJ evaluated my situation, quoted a price, & scheduled installation for that afternoon. It was almost like they (2 Kool) were waiting on my call. The team of three had my new unit in place, charged & ready to go by 7:00 pm. I gave this company a rating of 4.5 ONLY because I do not give perfect ratings. Very good service. I hope I do not need their services again but if I do, they will be my first call. slw

They were very fantastic. They were accommodating to my schedule and very thorough. They found the problem and helped me understand what I could do to help prevent it from happening again. I will use them again in the future if I ever need to!!!!

Well.. due to some other issue they were later than planned but the two guys tested the a/c (inside, outside), found the problem rapidly, recommended a few solutions. No charge for the visit. I elected to just add more pressure oil for now but will most likely call back if the whole system craps out. $4000 is not a bad price for a new Trane ac. Friendly, thorough and job done. A/C is working great - for how long? who knows.

The guys are prompt to respond, professional, and will truly go above and beyond. Did a full A/C install, there was a simple plumbing misconfiguration and J.C. came out in the middle of the night to fix it, no questions asked. Exceptional service. Thanks guys!

The service was exceptional. It took some time to track down the problem, but the serviceman didn't stop until he had figured out what the problem was. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing A/C services.

Amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would. We had installed an ecobee thermostat and had crossed some wires. Thus fixed our mistake and didn’t charge us anything. We will be cusomters for life

Excellent service. Spoke with James on the phone prior to the appointment and explained the issue. He pretty much knew what the issue was and how much it would cost. He was on time, came in and took care of the issue on the unit and made sure that it was running before he left. Very professional and friendly. GREAT JOB!!!!
