The agent found nothing wrong with the ducts or the drain pipe. Considering the firm who maintains the system estimated it would cost $6,900 dollars to replace the ducts to get rid of mildew this was shocking news. More shocking, the2kool Agent refused payment for his efforts. The moto on 2kool's business card is "When Honesty & Responsibility Matter" says it all!

JC of 02 Kool came out, took a look at the system, made a diagnosis in just a few minutes. He explained the issue, said it was a simple fix and showed me how to do it myself. Afterwards, he educated me on the HVAC system in my house and answered my questions. All that, and he didn't charge me a penny. When I have a serious HVAC problem, 02 Kool will be the first place I call.
