They broke a hole in the kitchen ceiling and they were an hour late getting to the property. Will see how well equipment runs. Equipment is very efficient and cooling well. O2 Kool has agreed to pay for sheetrock repair.

O2 Kool bailed us out of a home warranty claim nightmare. Our home warranty company, Total Protect, wanted to do a band aid repair on our 15+ year old unit. After considerable back and forth with Total Protect, we took their (paltry) cash-out offer, and ended up replacing our entire unit (air handler and outside condenser) through O2 Kool. They installed a top of the line Trane unit at a very fair price. Through the process we dealt with Chris the owner, Katie the office manager, JC a service tech (and sometimes salesman!), Brad and Josua (sp?) the installers. To a person they were all professional, polite, concerned for our situation, and eager to help us get cold air blowing again! We can't thank them enough for the help they provided. They will be our go to HVAC contractors at Lake LBJ, in Austin and in San Antonio!

They came out within an hour of calling! I thought they would set an appointment for the next day- but they came out that night instead! 9:00 pm even- but they had my house cooling down in 10 minutes!! Thank you JC for your friendly & knowledgeable service!
