I had a great experience with them. They were very good. They were on time and they did a great job. I expected to see more. So , I don't know if there's a mistake or what but they're definitely reasonable for what they did and they were implications. It didn't take them that long. I think they did everything in less than an hour. They did a thorough cleaning and they did everything right.

I didn't like them. Their price was reasonable, but they used a chemical that made my carpet really hard and I didn’t like that. They were very courteous and the staff was good, but I didn't like the chemicals they used.

The carpets looked clean when he was done, but a few days later, huge spots came back up. They were polite, but the quality of their service wasn't that great. Also, they dumped the water from the cleaning on to my driveway, which left a stain that is still there.

This was a carpet cleaning for a house move-out, so the furniture was already gone. I contacted the company, discussed my needs and scheduled a date. I also had a couple questions concerning the services when compared to my move-out lease agreement. So that same day, the company's owner called me back with specifics. The gentleman that performed the carpet cleaning called 30 minutes before he arrived and hit the 1 hour window the company promised. He was professional and very well dressed. He walked around my house and surveyed the situation. At that time, I left the immediate area so I could keep my 2 year old son from ruining his hard work. He stated the job would take about 1 hour. I returned 1 hour later and he was indeed complete, just writing up my invoice. The carpet in all areas looked amazing - especially in the high traffic areas of the living room. There were some stains I was almost certain were not going to be removed, but are gone now.

Overall, the service was fabulous. There is nothing like a nice clean carpet to make your day better.

We recently house trained a puppy. There were two places that she "liked" the most and our attempts at cleaning them weren't successful so we contacted DoneRite. They were very kind, very prompt, and I appreciated their professionalism. The gentleman cleaned our carpets and at first, they looked great. But it took only a few days for the stains to come back. I called to let them know it didn't worked and they promptly came back out. However...the stains came back again. The areas weren't very big, but the stain removal simply wasn't successful. They did do a great job of cleaning our furniture, though.

They did a good job. They were meticulous about the end product. He cleaned the carpet one time and wasn't satisfied with it so he went back and did it again. They also put down some protectors against the furniture so that as the hose came in the house it didn't rub against the bottom legs of the furniture. They were careful to protect what I had in the house and at the same time they were looking for quality as the end result, which I liked. They were professional and I will use them again.

DoneRite Carpet Cleaning saved my couch after another "Carpet Cleaner" ( Elite Carpet Cleaning) had ruined my couch with toxic waste tank cleaner. DoneRite was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. They arranged a meeting with me in a timely manner. When the actual cleaner arrived at my house he had a very professional attire and attitude. He tried really hard to save my couch from the damage that had been done by another carpet cleaner. He had professional equipment and sucked out all the the toxins that were put into my couch. All the stains that seemed permanent were removed with patience and precision. It was a pleasure letting DoneRite Carpet Cleaning in my house and I am looking forward to when i need their services again. They diminish any stress that other companies can cause you by ruining your furniture, rugs or carpets.
