Carpet cleaning was below average; paid for complete services and carpet basic cleaning with no signs of treatment, such as carpet deodorizers; believe me I have had many professional carpet cleaning services, and this service was not professional! As far as janitor services, it was very substandard and I had to actually clean basic areas like, baseboards, floors and walls which they claim they couldn't reach! My thought, if a cleaning company claim to be a business, they should be equipped to perform the services!! (I had to go to Home Depot to buy a extending stick to clean the dusted area (too easy for company to been prepared for) BTW I did mentioned my dissatisfaction to the owner, and he just said "OK". Little did he know that response was a deal breaker for me using his services again!! I realize 2020 pandemic caused hardships on businesses and the bottom line, however, customers shouldn't lose quality services as a result! FYI :PCS soldiers don't use this company as move-out cleaning if u want to get deposit back. JS!

Contracted for both carpet cleaning and tile and grout cleaning at my residence. Gordon arrived 40 minutes late, but did call ahead. He was courteous and professional. The carpet cleaning was done satisfactorily. The tile and grout cleaning did not produce results I expected, not even close. Gordon said the grout color would even out after 48 hour dry time, but that did not happen. It was not "restore tile and grout to like-new condition" as contracted and stated on the work order / invoice. The reason that I would not recommend DoneRite is that the tile floors were not cleaned well and water remained on the floor. Grout stains were not removed. The price for this below average quality work was exorbitant. the tech worked for 2 hours and the invoice was for $760. I understand that this is square footage based, but the area was wide open residential, and again required only two hours of work. $380 per hour. He the square feet and I had no way of telling otherwise. When he added $15 for a second 2 ft x 3 ft walk-in closet carpet this was offensive to me. My wife returned home and said "I thought you were going to have the tile cleaned?"

The appointment went well. The technician gave great stain removal advice and tried to remove the majority of the wax in the carpet for free.

The service went well. The company was able to get me scheduled really quickly. My floors look nice and the overall service was very professional and streamlined.

They went above and beyond on what they needed to do. I am particular, and so when they did my grout the first time, it didn't get all of it. So, the build up didn't get everything. They were willing to come back. They tried three times for me to like their work. Mr. Hornan, was very professional. Went above and beyond on what he needed to do to make sure that I was satisfied with the work.

DoneRite came to clean the tile/grout in my house. I needed to reschedule (twice) and they were completely accommodating. Gordon called to let me know he was on the way and when he arrived I was impressed by how professional he looked and how polite he was. My tile looks amazing! I plan on contacting DoneRite soon for carpet cleaning. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for professional tile cleaning. They do a fantastic job and the price is very good.

All areas seem to be fresh with no returning spots. There were a few spots that I feared would not be completely removed. The gentleman was prompt and courteous. He worked quickly and cleaned up after himself.

It was okay. I got away with a clean carpet. The guy wasn't really too excited. He just wanted to make one-way pass through my carpet and the area that was heavier than the rest. He didn't want to do. He gave me a hard time. He did it but it was a harrassed part.

Most work was good. Would suggest that they get closer to the edges of walls. Stain removal was great. Service man was very nice and although I did not schedule cleaning of furniture, he was very nice in adding to the work requested..

Bought the Angie's List special and was nervous about trying a new company, but they were excellent from making the appointment with the staff to the actual job that was done. I was very pleased!

The service was very good... He was really nice. My deal was 4 rooms for 99.00. He told me in the beginning he would just clean the hallway for free because I didn't mention cleaning it when I pointed out the 4 rooms I wanted cleaned..it is small and honestly I thought it was part of the family room but in the end he charged me anyway., 27.00. My carpets were very clean. It was the first time I've ever had them cleaned and after they dried my kids were happy to roll around on them and I felt very comfortable about letting them. I also wanted the stain guard put on my carpets but he put deodorant on it instead.. I wasn't ask which I wanted and i forgot to insist on it... I'll have to write myself a note next time ... LOL.. Either way I'm happy with my carpets..

I decided to cancel the request before services were rendered. I did receive an email from them requesting a contact number to schedule the services. Professional and courteous.

Everything was fine. There was an additional charge for pet stains, which I was aware of. After the first cleaning, I could still see pet stains. They came back the next day at no additional charge and applied another chemical that seemed work.

My carpets were so far gone that I thought we would need to replace them. They had puppy stains and wear patterns Thanks to Gordon, my carpets are like new. The experience was good from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, friendly, hard working and detail oriented. He didn't just do what I asked, he went above and beyond and I felt that he truly wanted to do an excellent job. The price was much less than other quotes I had obtained. Out of 3 estimates, DoneRight was still $270.00 less than their competitors. My carpets are stain free and they smell wonderful! I am very happy to recommend this company!!

Went smoothly. The provider came in and introduced himself and explained what he was going to do. We agreed on the 4 rooms to be cleaned and he offered to clean the 2 small hallways for a minimal extra fee of $16. I took him up on the offer and he worked diligently for about an hour. He then asked me if I was satisfied and I inspected his work. It was what I expected; a professional job. I will use this provider again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Originally, I scheduled a cleaning for 2/25 during a 10am - 2pm window. The serviceman was a no call/no show that morning. Later that evening, someone from the company called to confirm the cleaning for 2/26. I told them that I was expecting them earlier that day. The gentleman on the phone apologized and said that there must have been a scheduling mix up. On 2/26, the serviceman arrived at my house promptly at 10am. I showed him my kids' rooms, asked him if he could move the furniture (cribs, toy box and changing table) in the babies' room in order to clean/disinfect/deodorize the entire carpet (my children had recently come down with the stomach flu, hence, the need for the carpet cleaning), told him he didn't have to move any furniture in my older son's room but asked if he could try to get up a spot on that carpet where my son had been sick recently on (I scrubbed the spot but wanted a professional cleaning as well). From the moment he started, to the moment he finished, it took him 20 minutes total to complete both rooms. I was surprised when he said he was done. In the past, I have had other company's take much longer to do the same job. Before he left, I quickly examined the spot in my son's room, since it was what I was most concerned about. It appeared as though he was able to get that spot cleaned. But after he left, I looked into the babies' room and noticed that he had not moved all the baby furniture in order to clean under them. The punctuality and service were less than desirable. The serviceman was polite and friendly. Unfortunately, I was disappointed in their service and would not be using them again in the future.

We always use Done Rite and will continue to do so they are very professional and provide great service.

The work was really good. The price was good and they were professional. They arrived on time.

The service was good and they showed up when expected. There were two crew members who completed the work and they cleaned up well after the job. The cost was reasonable. They left the property in good condition and we have no complaints.

The first time we hired them, they did an okay job. When we hired them back a second time, the quality was not as good. The stains were removed but the carpet and especially the couch still had a bad smell after the cleaning. The formula they used was not effective and it wasn’t a very good experience. However, the technician was very apologetic and their customer service was great.

It was a good experience. I think that their price was comparable to others. He arrived on time and did a good job. However, some of the stains have come back.

It turned out very well. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. I had blood on the carpet. We had gotten the initial stain up, but it was starting to turn a dark shade. One person came out to complete the work and he arrived right on time. They got almost all of it up as well as the pet stains. It was a miracle that they got that much off. It was good experience.

DoneRite Carpet Cleaning & Janitorial Services LLC have very reasonable prices. It was a first time service and I had used a coupon that I got from the newspaper. It really was a good price. They did a very good job. It smelled nice. I had no complaints. Everything went very well. In fact, I will probably use them again. They were very responsive, quick and were here promptly and all that kind of thing.
