Very nice, friendly and helpful.

Lee & Frank cleaned up the mess created and left by our prior a/c service company. We then signed an annual service contract and look forward to a long relationship.

Lee as in every case worked tirelessly in disregard to the hot conditions to himself. In fact the entire Underwood family worked to insure my family was not in discomfort due to heat. They followed up verifying that everything was working properly.They also discounted one hundred dollars from final billing. I have used Underwood HVAC since 2004 and am very pleased with his work ethic and integrity.

Service was great. Called on a Saturday and Lee called me back same day. Arranged meeting for following Tuesday. Prompt service and called before he showed up. Fixed the problem and explained what the previous tech from another company did wrong. Great service. Very happy.

Mr. Underwood came to my rescue on the same day that I called requesting service. It was one of the coldest days we had this winter. He arrived promptly at the designated time. He kept me informed of all the many problems he encountered and gave detailed explanations about how he was going to fix it. Considering the amount of time Mr. Underwood spent fixing my heater (without ordering new parts) I felt his charges were quite fair. I will use Mr. Underwood in the future if necessary and will definitely recommend him to others.

IT WENT FINE. LEE NOT ONLY SAVED ME A LOT OF MONEY, BUT KEPT MY FAMILY COOL WHILE ACQUIRING THE PART AND WA ITING FOR THE TIME TO INSTALL IT!

On August 4th, I called before business hours and left a message that our home Air Conditioning was not cooling. We received a call back promptly and an appointment was scheduled within 2 hours by a very professional lady. Lee arrived and inspected our unit. My wife explained that we had just had 5# of freon put in about one month ago. He found a leak at a recently installed fitting (installed by another company) and tightened it, fixing the leak. He also added 2# of freon. It worked fine for a day or so, but then the line froze up and it would not cool again. On August 6th, Lee arrived and inspected the entire unit again (at no charge). He found a faulty relay inside the A/C unit. He ordered the part and on Aug 7th, he arrived and replaced the faulty relay. We were not charged for the call. the only charge was for the relay, which we had agreed to on the previous visit. We were completely satisfied with the entire job. Lee is a professional, and will be called if we have any a/c or heating problems in any of our three rental units. We highly recommend the company and Lee Underwood himself.

They were very prompt/ on time, reasonably priced, and he was a very nice person person to deal with.

The office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable (a live person - no message machine). Lee came out within 24 hours after the initial call (even though it required an after hours call for him) and diagnosed the problem immediately. He had the part with him (didn't have to run all around town looking for a part) and was able to make the repairs very quickly and efficiently. This is a good man and someone you can trust.

sUnderwood ran all new duct work and vents in an old system. Other HVAC installers were telling us we needed to spend app. 12,000 dollars on old new system. Underwood came out, look at the system and determined the problem was collapsed duct work and inefficient vents. They got the work done in one day for app. 1,500 and the other installers we called wanted to replace everything at a cost of over 12,000 and close up the building for at least 3 days. Underwood was fair, honest and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone. They seemed to care about the customer more than making a buck. High integrity is hard to find.

He was timely and met the appointment we had set. He checked the A/C and found it was functioning properly and did not try to push un-needed repairs as a lot of servicemen will do. Our HVAC system began malfunctioning, on a home my family purchased in Feb. 2013, during the month of July, 2013. By August 1st, the system had completely shut down due to an unknown "malfunction" during some 102 degree days while our 16 month old baby was teething and in much discomfort! We called the warranty people and they gave us a four day wait time estimate on being able to look at our problem. A neighbor, referred Lee Underwood's HVAC service to us so in desperation we called him. Mr. Underwood was very prompt and caring in our needs over the phone. He was able to visualize our unit and all of the applicable components of our system and walk me through trouble shooting steps that ultimately resulted in the discovery of a loose sensor wire connected to the units drain pan that was shutting our system down! He volunteered his time over the course of three telephone conversations to help us restore the operation of our cool air system! It was a very lifting experience, comforting, and I am grateful. Mr. Underwood showed compassion and a willingness to share his knowledge and it did not cost us a dime! Thank you, Mr. Underwood. Our A/C stopped at about 2:00 A.M. on Sunday morning. Because it was cool enough on Sunday, we waited to call until Monday morning. We called at 0800, but he wasn't at the office yet. He returned our call before 9:00 and said he would be at our home between 10:00 and 12:00. When he couldn't make it before 12:00, he called to say he would be there shortly. This wasn't a problem for us because our house was cool enough. He arrived, quickly identified the issue, but didn't have the part to fix it. He did a work around so we would have A/C immediately while he went to lunch and picked up the needed part. He returned around 2:30 or 3:00, replaced the capacitor and added some Freon. Overall, it was a good experience. We used the $10 service call coupon and were satisfied with the cost. We would definitely use him again.

Lee Underwood always responded promptly, pleasantly and completely. His negotiating skills are outstanding. We were both looking at a new type of ductless air system for our 1950s home that had never had central air. Lee reviewed our floor plan and recommended two units for us. We selected the LG brand model. Lee thought the SEER was 15 (minimum for energy star rating) and we are all pleasantly surprised when the unit arrived with papers saying its SEER rating is over 21, a superb energy star rating, which equals much lower electricity usage for us. Our contract was negotiated and signed within one week. Lee made our installation appointment for the week after our signing. He installed our units with care and concern for visual presentation and efficient operations. In addition to his outstanding technical service, Lee took extra time to ensure that I understand all facets of his work and my new a/c-heating-purification units as I have vision problems. We are most thankful Lee worked in such a timely manner as now we live in a marvelously cool home rather than having to rely on our older noisy, humid window a/c units. Before a friend (Officer in a local Homeowner's Association) recommended Lee Underwood, we had contacted three other local heating and a/c companies. Two of those never contacted us after our first meeting and the third declined our business as they had no ductless multisplit systems with an energy star rating SEER of 15 or greater. We recommend Lee Underwood for your heating and a/c concerns. He is delightfully professional and caring in his business relations.

. Returned my call quickly and came as scheduled. Very honest about not being totally checked out on the Mitsubishi but stated he would do any necessary research. Quickly got the unit running as it just required resetting. His charge was very reasonable. His office later called and thanked us for the business.I believe Lee to be very honest, straight forward and knowledgable. I will certainly use him for both my systems in the future and would recommend him to anyone. You can be assured that this man will be totally honest and will treat you right.

Lee does excellent work. He was honest and upfront with me and my wife about everything he had to do and explained it all in a way we could understand. Lee strikes me as a man who understands his business wouldn't exist without his customers, and in my experience that shows in the quality of his work and how he treated me and my family. We've been using him since the first time he came out to our place for an estimate.

Called Lee in the morning. He called back within 20 minutes. He explained he had a job to go to, and would be over in about a hour or so. He was right on time, didn't take long to diagnose issue. He did have to come back after compressor cooled off. He then fixed problem in timely fashion, and my "old" unit was back to work. My unit was working again by mid afternoon.

Inspected old system and determined that it needed to be replaced. He wrote up an estimate for a new system to which we agreed, and he proceeded to install a new a/c system. Job was completed in a timely manner. We have had little or no problems with the system, and when an adjustment was needed, Mr. Underwood was very prompt in taking care of the problem.
