I contacted Kerrville Plumbing after locating them on the internet and then checking them out on Angies List. Response time was excellent and work was done expediently. The technician, Brian, was knowledgeable and personal. He observed and reccomended some things I might do as a newcomer to the area that would improve my system.

I actually had quite a bit of work done with this company, the Aug 19 visit was the last of about 3 or 4 visits. I moved into a new place and wanted some work done such as installing a water softener, installing a garbage disposal, cleaning drains, using a camera to check out exterior drains, etc. I also asked them to review all plumbing and provide me with suggestions and quotes. Everything was above board, prices very reasonable, they made it clear that several of their recommendations were discretionary and not urgent in order that I was better able to prioritize the plumbing I wanted done. These gentleman are courteous and respectful to a T, even when they came to do outside work in 105degree weather at the end of the day. I would recommend.

The plumber showed up promptly on the initial call and after surveying the situation, he came up with a solution to re-route the water line through a new entrance hole in the concrete block wall. Since we were being proactive after finding a slow leak and there was no immediate impact, we agreed to come back the next day with an appropriate drill to make a new hole in the concrete block wall for the new water line location. He arrived back first thing in the morning as promised and did a quick and professional job of replacing an aging and unreliable cutoff valve along with the section of water line that was being crushed. The re-routed line shouldn't suffer the same crushing as the original line and will be easier to make any repairs if needed in the future. I couldn't ask for a better solution to an unusual problem. And it was done promptly and for a good price.

He was very knowledgable of the work that needed to done. He carefully and fully explained the problem and showed the damanged parts that needed to be placed. Fixed previous work done wrong by a plumber years ago. Jonny was very courteous and easy to talk to. I was very satisfied with the work he had done. I would definitely recommend Kerrville Plumbing again .

We rescheduled a couple of times but they were able to come out when I was home from work. Willingly answered all my questions about how to keep the problem from getting this bad. Cost a little more than I had understood but was told it was well below their normal charge.

A toilet ballcock they replaced earlier this month malfunctioned and they quickly responded to my call and replaced the part.

I called Thursday later afternoon. I was told they'd call back at 9AM the next day to let me know when they'd be at my house. They were there about 10AM. The two plumbers quickly identified my problem, made the necessary repairs, and explained what may need to be done with the water heater. Their charges were about what I expected and they never tried to push additional products or work. I appreciated the fact that they asked about the toilet brand before coming to my home, thus avoiding the need for an additional trip (and time) to get parts.

I called Kerrville Plumbing on 4-29, and really did not expect they would be able to get over until the next day as it was mid morning when I called. They called me around 2 pm to say they would be able to get over there, then they also called about fifteen minutes before their arrival to let me know they were on their way. As with my previous experience, they arrived on time, and got right to work. I appreciate that this is the second time they've thrown in a "freebie". Last time they installed a tank kit in my toilet at no charge, and this time the "Clobber" treatment was at no charge. They didn't try to sell me any other services. They told me if there were any problems with the sink to call as they guarantee their work. I am really thrilled with Kerrville Plumbing, and would not hesitate to use them in the future for any plumbing needs. As an aside, they have to be the cutest plumbers in Kerrville..

Hot water heater leaked into garage. Kerrville plumbing was there 15 minutes after we called. Water Heater under warranty and was replaced for the 3rd time. Paid for labor only. Kerrville plumbing returned a week later as promised to make minor repair on bathroom lavatory

I called Kerrville Plumbing to have them repair my constantly running toilet, unclog my shower drain, and replace an outdoor faucet, They arrived the day I called within the hour! They solved the problem with my toilet and all the other repairs before I knew it. I called Kerrville Pluming for a clogged kitchen sink drain. They came that same morning and were professional, courteous, clean and fast. I didn't ask for an estimate, but did mention code REAL PLUMBERS 8960111 (which was on the yellow flyer in a recent Kerrville Daily Times), and mentioned code SHOWMELOCAL for 10% off, which I had found online. They said they would apply the coupon which saved me more money, and would be as reasonable as possible since they don't have to charge as much as larger businesses. They ended up waiving the service fee and giving me $20 off in addition. They routed the drain twice, used a de-greasing agent called Clobber, and even installed a universal toilet tank repair kit, which I had on hand, at no charge. These were real plumbers, as opposed to the last company I used, which sent technicians, who charged more to unclog a drain, and then wouldn't guarantee the work unless I purchased additional services. I will definitely use Kerrville Plumbing again, and have already told my neighbors about them. I plan to use them to unclog a relative's drain.

Kerrville Plumbing fixed my water heater and it has been working very well. The Master Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable about all plumbing problems. He explained in detail about what needed to be done in terms I could understand. He answered all my questions with courtesy. They did not try to sell additional works or products as if they were car salesmen. I will not use anybody else ever again. I am very satisfied with Kerrville Plumbing. I am giving their numbers to all my family, neighbors and friends.
