The service took about a day. The workers are good.

At the other house in Kerrville we put in a water softener. They do good work, I will use them again. They do real quality work and know what they are doing. This was the first time I used them.

I've used him at another house some years back and then I've used him probably, it was in February two years ago that he replaced my hot water heater at the other house. So I've used him about three time and every time I've used him he's been really good. They've been really good about it. Really excellent workers come out here pretty quick, actually. Really quality work. They know what they are doing.

I called him out here about a year ago. I had water leak somewhere. We never found the water leak. What we had to do is we found the area that it was coming from and we thought we shut the water off that area. Then he had to cut in because these pipes over here were all in the slab. You can't get to them so we had to reroute a couple of lines. To get water back to certain areas we had to cut off from the rest of the house. The rest of the house was fine. it's just this part he had to cut the lines and then reroute new lines two new lines. He rerouted it in the attic and then down the wall to where they were going. So I've used him about three time and every time I've used him he's been really good.

Personable and know what to do. Included extras like pick up and deliver and clear root growth from downstairs connection.

Fantastic. Michael and Alex came out, did a great job, and knocked it out much faster than I could have. Also talked with Ben in the office and he responded to my email answering my questions. Very good experience.

I had called Kerrville Plumbing out earlier for a sewer line blockage. The cleared it after some extra effort. The blockage returned, so I cleared it after some effort. When the lined was blocked for a third time, I called Kerrville Plumbing out again. The people on the scene had to work diligently to finally clear the line. After that, considerable effort was used to finally uncover the more serious reason for the problem. The ultimate solution required the city to respond, which they did quickly. Kudos to the city of Kerrville. There are lots of plumbers in Kerrville, but Kerrville Plumbing devotes considerable effort in not only solving the immediate problem, but making sure that the fix is permanent. The personal attention from the owner and the professionalism shown in really fixing the problem is exceptional.

Ben and his crew were very professional and a pleasure to be around. Not only did they quote us the best price of all the estimates we received, they did an outstanding job. We got 4 estimates total, and it seemed like, that all the other companies were trying to take advantage of us, because of the situation we had. They brought in throw blankets and covered all the carpets and other flooring where they were working. The work was done in less time then estimated, even though they ran into a small problem that was not foreseeable (lines in walls). after completion of the job, they clean all areas where they worked at, and I have to say it was spotless.( I could've not done a better job). I highly recommend their service. Hopefully, I don't have any more pluming problems, but if I do, there is only one company I would call.

Discovered a plugged sewer line on Saturday. I called Kerrville Plumbing and got the owner, Steve. A crew was out there quickly. Unfortunately the usual method of clearing he line did not work. The thought was that the city line was plugged. The city came out Monday and said that the city line was clear. Kerrville Plumbing rep returned quickly and tried a different technique, which worked. It would have been better to try the second technique on the first trip, but I was really impressed with the attention paid by the owner. He was on the phone to me often with updates. I highly recommend these folks.

They got here when they said they would. Made the repair in the water supply line to the under sink supply line to the reverse osmosis unit, and corrected another problem they spotted with the sink drain. The cost reflects that it was warranty work.

See above description of the process and the great work done for me. The real good part is that the problem was located in a short time and the copper replaced all in a day. Great skills and just good people to know. They are our family plumbers!

We thought the wet and leak from the washing machine. The problem was found in the walls using the tools and scopes my good plumbers have. My family has used Kerrville Plumbing before and they are just great people and plumbers. They fixed and replaced the copper great; all the work was done in a few hours; accurate and clean. The real big thing here is that they located the very small leaks quickly and the 2 wall areas they cut were right where all the pipes were! They used a scope to see and locate and made clean work of it all. We like and recommend anyway and all ways!

Kerrville Plumbing performed the install adequately, they required that homeowner purchase the product first and they would pick up and install ($900.00 parts and labor excluding Hot water heater). Less then 45 days after they installed the unit it went bad . I don't know exactly put perhaps it just went bad and is under warranty. I called them to check the unit out, I discussed with them that under warranty please call Rheem support which they determined air compressor was leaking. Rheem support told me that payment would be to the plumbing company and they didn't want homeowner involved in payment since its under warranty. Kerrville plumbing said that it was to much hassle for them to do that and I should pay (Kerrville Plumbing) and seek reimbursement from Rheem ($500 for labor) Kerrville Plumbing called me at 830 in the morning and said Home Depot called them that the ordered Heat Pump Hot water(Kerrville Plumbing coordinated that) and said they would be at my home at 9:15 which they were promptly . they drained the unit disconnected fittings and picked up unit at Home Depot , by 12:30 they called and said they were finished, two guys at 3.15 hrs at $337 that install equates to over $100 per hour. Anyway they sent me an invoice late on Monday afternoon and I called the son and said I would have to talk to Rheem they said I shouldn't be involved with the payment. I got this email from the owner of Kerrville Plumbing the very next day this is what it said verbatim "Ron We are Associate members of KBOR, We know your busy., We are busy too; but not too busy to work for you. Are you too busy too pay your plumber? Are you too busy to return my calls? I ask again that you call with CC and fund the invoice." I ask you is that professional? You be the judge I will never use him again nor recommend him to any of my clients or co workers. I would never call him again!!!

Called Kerrville Plumbing for same-day estimate. Work completed the next morning. Professional, experienced and courteous. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

I called Kerrville Plumbing this morning as I'd had to shut water off to house over the weekend because of major leak. Steve Holloway, owner of Kerrville Plumbing assured me they would get out here asap. He called back within the hour to say they'd be here in thirty minutes, Punctuality? They arrived one minute early! Brian and Lonnie got right to work on the problem, and replaced several shoddy fixes from Other Plumbers with a lifetime line. and 29 minutes after their arrival. I have running water again! No more washing dishes or flushing the toilet from my rain barrel water. Once again, the guys at Kerrville Plumbing are my heroes. And as in the past, Kerrville Plumbing included a freebie. This time it was a waiver on the service call ($39.00), and a discount on the new line lifetime plumbing line ($9.00). If I could imagine the perfect plumbing company, it would be exactly like Kerrville Plumbing.

Thanks again to Steve for trying to help me during extended telephone calls and then for coming out on a Saturday to shut off the sprinkler system without shutting off the main water. And thanks to Ben for searching for the zone valves.

We have used them previously and were happy then. We are still happy with their work. Kerrville Plumbing will always attempt to repair rather that replace, which is why we like them.
