I had to email more than once to get any response. And he never would respond to approximate costs based on the problem I described in detail more than once. It did not appear that he wanted/needed my business.

Tim and I exchanged several calls and emails as we lined up the laundry list of items that needed to be performed. He worked extremely quickly, and did his best to troubleshoot some of the manufacturer's issues. (Don't buy Gerber products.) Tim also did a great job of cleaning up and not leaving a mess after competing a job.

I called Tim to install a dual flush system in my toilets to save on water usage and repair "running" toilets. Tim researched the product online and called me back to let me know that the product received several unfavorable reviews. Because of the poor reviews, Tim recommended against the install and then spent another 10 minutes telling me how to fix the running toilets. So while he did not actually perform a job at my house, he did do research and tell me how to fix the problem, all for no charge. I will definitely call Tim for my next plumbing repair job, as he is not after the easy dollar. And truly seemed to care about helping me.

Fixed the one issue quickly with a minimum of fuss. Very satisfied with that.

I had to wait a few days for Tim due to our conflicting schedules, but I was not in a hurry as the leak had been there for a few months. He was worth waiting for and I will use him again. He was informative, professional and honest. He was reasonably priced and didn't try to pad the bill with unneeded items.

Mr. Darnell arrived on time. He placed a protective covering on the floor and left the kitchen clean and dry. He patiently searched for any leaks before packing his equipment to leave. From my perspective, he worked quickly and skillfully. He has an easy demeanor about himself and is pleasant to converse with. I plan to use him for all of my plumbing needs.

Tim is great to work with, great communication. Tim explains in great detail everything he is going to do. Tim is meticulous in how he approaches a job and is workmanship is outstanding. Tim is in high demand, so you may have to wait to get him. But in my opinion it is well worth the wait. I highly recommend Tim.

The job went very well. It was a very labor intensive effort that required working in a very narrow space around existing pool plumbling lines, french drains, and A/C units. Tim was very meticulous about making sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and to my satisfaction. Excellent quality work!

As our house is built, it has no outside water hose faucets along the front yard. There is one faucet at a back corner and a second faucet near the front but across the driveway from the front yard. A sidewalk to the front door equally divides the front yard. I had buried a 50 foot garden hose along the side of the house to get water from the back corner faucet to the front corner of the house opposite from the driveway. With the buried garden hose reaching an age of seven years and growing tired of the makeshift setup; I contacted Tim Durnell via email with pictures and diagrams asking the complexity of routing water from an existing water pipe in the house across the garage to a front outside wall of the house. Tim responded promptly; he and I started exchanging emails narrowing down the complexity/requirements (along with the pros and cons) of installing a front water garden hose faucet. The plumbing code requiring a vacuum breaker to prevent backsiphonage of the outside water into the house water system added more cost/complexity than I desired (while the buried garden hose is intact) so I put the project on hold and had Tim only construct the copper pipe device to carry the water from the burried hose across the center sidewalk. This copper pipe device will be needed when I have Tim complete the project of adding a new water faucet sometime in the future. Tim was responsive and helpful in defining the requirements associated with adding a new outside water faucet based on our house layout.

Tim came to our home to repair our shower. It was a great experience working with him. The price for the service provided was very good also. Tim is very professional and we will use him again in the future if needed.

This is the second time we have hired this company, as we are slowly chipping away at several plumbing issues which need to be addressed in our home. Tim arrived on-time and began. He works very neatly, carefully, efficiently and methodically, all while being considerate in minimizing time spent on repairs. He is very personable and explains all work required before and during the performance of the job. Tim appears very knowledgeable and is very professional in his craft. His services are highly recommended!

Tim is always very prompt in returning my phone calls. Once he schedules an appontment he arrives for the job on time. His price is fair and he is very courteous. He is always very neat when doing his job and leaves his work area and your home clean when finished.

I got him off Angie's List. He was extremely responsive, although it wasn't an emergency, he got here as soon as possible. He was very quick, fast, and fantastic. He gets high ratings and I will continue to use him in the future.

Tim did great work. Initially we had him out to check out a slab leak; the second that we had had within a year (the first slab leak was fixed by another plumber). After assessing options and getting quotes from several plumbers, we decided to bypass the existing hot water line running under the slab and reroute the line through the attic down into the kitchen. We also decided to replace the hot water heater since the existing hot water heater was approx 17 years old, and had started to leak slightly. Tim gave an estimate, as did three other companies, but based on my assessment of his estimate, and recommendations here, we decided to go with Tim. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased. I have done basic plumbing work in the prior house restorations, and Tim's workmanship was first rate. He completed on time despite having to resolve some unforeseen issues that popped up due to shoddy builders work when the house was originally built. The total cost also came in under what I was expecting to pay for this 2 day job. I am very pleased, will have him out again for future jobs and I would highly recommend.

He was excellent! I called, he asked me to text a picture bc I didn't really have the vocabulary to tell him what was needed- only that the handle broke off my faucet and I thought it may have a leak or be dripping. He looked at the picture, understood the job and by text we made the appt etc- so simple. When he came he gave me an estimate- I also had him look at some other issues at my house. He fixed the original job, gave me tips and advice on the other issues but didn't seize the moment to make a buck- bc honestly I would have been an easy sell. This is one honest man with pride in his work. I called him bc if reviews on here and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

He's the best I've ever seen. I would recommend him to others. In fact, I have recommended him to my sister and brother-in-law and they use him now.

Tim did everything as promised and I was impressed with his efficiency of time spent on the job and attention to detail. I can speak highly than most since my father was a master plumber. He is concientious, efficient, courteous, and works with integrity. Noted he greased old galvanized nipples so threads would not seize up later when removing the nuts again. Good preventitive medicine not all plumbers exercise. He also changed out rubber gasket than using the old plastic beveled washer which was proper for the application. Liked his attention to detail & workmanship. In the end his quote was lower with Angie discount so I insisted on a tip for all he had done. I would recommend his services highly.

Tim's work was impeccable. He constantly coordinated with me for arrival/departure, let me know what would happen and when, and had no issue with me watching him work. The bulk of the work was outdoors, in +100 degree heat. I was stunned by how hard and long he worked each day! I would absolutely and without reservation recommend him to you for any plumbing job.

My toilets have been leaky for years. One of them finally needed to be fixed. After having two other plumbers unsuccessfully try to fix the seemingly simple problem in the past for overpriced bills, Tim fixed the problem quickly for cheap.

Tim was able to come out within a few hours of my calling him. He performed the repair quickly and efficiently. He even took a little extra time to double-check the repair and did not charge for this extra time. The final bill was reasonable and had no unexpected extra charges. I will definitely use his service again.
