Tim responded to my first contact in a timely manner. I described both my problems and asked for advice on the purchase of a new disposal unit. Tim explained my various options and the differences in cost of the units. He offered to buy the unit that I selected and I took him up on the offer. He gave me an approximate time when he could do the work and said that he would let me know before he headed to my house. This would make it possible for me to run errands and not be trapped at home waiting for him. He called as promised and showed up in the time frame he said. He did the work efficiently and gave me instructions on ways to maintain my faucet and the disposal for optimum effect. I was very impressed with Tim and was completely happy with the experience. I will certainly use him again when I have plumbing issues.

You can't go wrong when you use Tim. He is so professional and kind. He let's you know your options and will do what he can to save you money. He is just the opposite of using a LARGE plumbing company. He gives you fantastic customer service, is courtious in your home and does an excellent job. He offers to take off his shoes before entering and always cleans up after he is done. Support the independent plumber and give Tim a call.

Tim is the finest and most professional repairman I have dealt with. He diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, while keeping me informed of the problem, and probable cost. He left the bathroom as clean as he found it, and is number one in my book. I HIGHLY recommend him.

We had an issue with Sewage backing up into the yard and not yet into the house. Tim made it a priority to get to our home as he knew the real possibility that we could have sewage inside the house and not just the yard. My wife said Tim was very respectful of our home and did the job in the time he said he would. I will hire him again for my next plumbing need.

Way above and beyond - SUPER REPAIR JOB!! Several hours work. Got after it media rely upon finishing prior jobs, worked quickly to identify problem, then designed a very excellent solution. Plus, a great guy, fun to talk with!

Sent Tim a text, he called right back. In fact he immediately responded to every call or text. He came over to assess then sent me pictures, a solution and price while I was at work. Tim has a calmness about him that puts you at ease. I could just tell that he has seen every plumbing problem out there. Won't call anyone else for future plumbing needs.

Tim was great!! He responded by phone to my initial call within minutes. He proceeded to ask about the problem I was having and asked questions about it. Over the phone, he walked me through some thoughts he had and suggestions to try to fix the problem. I followed his instructions and it fixed the problem. No more leaking. I offered to pay him for his courtesy, time, and good advice but he turned it down. He was most courteous and helpful and probably saved me a lot of money if I had called a plumbing company. I will definitely be using Tim in the future for any plumbing needs.

Fantastic! I am a pretty good handy man, but have a full time job and no time to do much around the house. Because of my own ability, I am often frustrated by the level of quality service providers provide. However, Tim was conscientious, honest, trustworthy and didn't cut corners. He did the job right the first time. He treated our issue as if it was his own. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I often think of Service Providers (Plumbers, A/C Repairmen, Electricians) like Automotive Repairmen. We've all had bad experiences where we feel like we were over charged for the amount of work provided. Unfortunately, it seems to be rare to find someone who really conscientious, honest, trustworthy. After many-many years I have found a mechanic who fits this description. Now, I have found a plumber who also meets this mark too!

Mr. Darnell responded to my message for the leaking outside faucets. He requested photos (which helps tremendously) so he could determine potential needs to begin. This is something we couldn't have done ourselves. These were the original 1983 faucets. It took him less than 2 hours to do all 3. He is professional and very nice!

Tim did a great job. Fit me into his schedule and worked very hard to fix the problem. He is clean, courteous and very professional. I will use him again. Highly recommended.

We scheduled the work a few weeks earlier, but Tim was on time when he said he would be here. He quickly assessed our needs, had to make a quick trip to pick up supplies, and then quickly completed what was required, professionally and neatly. We would happily hire him again for any needed plumbing work.

We have hired Tim for multiple plumbing needs and he is easily the best repair/service guy we have used. Tim is extremely conscientious and easy to talk to. He tries very hard to "diagnose" the problem through pictures and descriptions. This saves a lot of time and money in service calls. Tim could have easily recommended changing out our garbage disposal too and charged us more but he was very honest and told us that we should have quite a few more years of life left with it. We would never use anyone else for plumbing issues in our house!

He is a one man show. He takes care of all of my plumbing needs. He gets the work done on time. He has fair pricing. He is my go to plumber. He is a nice guy.

I talked with Tim on the phone and discussed my situation. He was very knowlegable of the possible solutions. We ended up using a recirculation pump. Tim did a fine job and my wife and I are very happy with the service and results.

Courteous, efficient and very neat - used drop cloth for my floor, took off his shoes at entrance.

We had two toilets with the old float ball system - had to hold the handle down continually when flushing one and the lift wire had broken on the second. Tim answered out voicemail the same day and scheduled an appointment for four work days later - he actually came two days later due to a change in his schedule. He was on time; worked quickly; and left the bathrooms as clean as he found them.

I highly recommend Tim. He is an honest & thorough Plummer. You can't go wrong be choosing him!

He spent a great deal of time before the installation helping me pick out a new sink and faucet and giving me advice on what kind to buy. He, as always, did an EXCELLENT job. He is always prompt, very responsive, very knowledgeable, and honest. I would never use any other plumber but Tim.

Could not have been a better experience.

I was quite impressed with Tim overall...from his quick response to my text msg...he prefers text msgs so he can respond easier if on another job. He was on his was out the door to another job, but quickly swung by my house to be certain my "crisis mode" was on hold. He said he would contact me once his morning appt was concluded if that was acceptable to me..which it was. He did later text again that he had completed his morning job, and was swinging through to pick up some lunch, and would soon be on his way; 15 mins later, he text-ed he was enroute to my house. He did a great job fixing our sewer blockage, and repaired a toilet that had an intermittent problems as well. He is very personable and professional. I highly recommend him!

My water heater busted. Mr. Darnell came in and removed the water heater, took it to Home Depot since it was still under warranty, brought it back, and hooked it back up. Did a great job and was really nice.

Tim is great!!!! Honest and does the job right. Detail oriented. Very pleasant man. We will use him for all our plumbing needs. Quality, old fashioned service. My husband couldn't have been more pleased.

Tim showed up on time, and was very detailed. I explained the issue, and also that a few years back my pluming for my air conditioner/washer had to be re-worked to my main sewer line. he had to snake the drain by going under the kitchen sink, and was a little work, but got everything fixed, plus he put everything back even better organized than I had it! considering the time/work he spent 2+ hours, I feel the price was very good. he also wrote out a very detailed receipt, which was great.

Overall, the experience went very well! Once you use this plumber, you’ll never use anyone else!

Tim Darnell did a wonderful job in servicing my plumbing systems. He was very good in troubleshooting the issue in my house which we thought there was a leakage on the ceiling but it turned out to be no issue. He fixed leak on my outdoor faucet as well. Tim is very professional and he was very helpful and informative in answering my question over the phones. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend his company and will call again for future service/projects. Thank you.
