He is fantastic. I've used him numerous times. He is very timely and professional. He's always saved me money. He's very honest and makes great recommendations. They are very reasonably priced.

I would highly recommend Tim. He was prompt, courteous, and really seemed to know what he was doing. He checked in several times to confirm our appointment, then texted on his way over to let me know he would be on time. He finished the work in a very timely manner, and did an excellent job cleaning up the area. His price was also very fair. I would hire Tim again for any plumbing needs.

Tim corresponded via text message so that we knew exactly when he would arrive. He did a thorough job of explaining what he had found and what was involved in doing the repair. He had all necessary parts and equipment on his truck. Work was completed promptly and cleanup was just what one would expect.

Tim is the best plumber in town. He will go out of his way to get to you...working into the night if he has to. He is professional, courteous and knows his stuff. I will never use anyone buy Tim as long as he is a plumber!

Everything went very well. Tim arrived at the scheduled time. Tim is very nice, polite and very knowledgeable of his trade. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. This is the 2nd time I have hired Tim for a plumbing project. I definitely will recommend Tim to my friends and neighbors.

It went really well. Tim was professional, responsive, and prompt in my dealings with him. We spoke a day before he came to my house and agreed on a time. He honestly explained that his wife would be taking their kid to the dentist and he will have to baby sit others; so the time for him to come to my house was an approximate time. He did not make the time but ensured to text me to let me know his wife was still not back. His troubleshooting was admirable - he strongly suggested that he loosened and lift the whole faucet up to ensure that the O-ring was out of place & sure enough it was out of place (it would have been easy for him to just tightened the faucet, get his check and be out of the house). He also showed me how I could do the fix myself should it come loose again. I will use him again for any future plumbing-related issues.

I've never written a review but I had to on this one. Tim is one of the most gracious people you will ever meet. He made time and inconvenienced himself to take care of my problem. I wanted to schedule and appt. for the following day and he came out that day. He had the job done in no time. He took extra time to explain a few other problems that I will definitely have him fix at a later date. He is my go to plumber from now on.

Around 7:30 on a Tuesday night, I was showering in the upstairs bathroom when my husband banged on the door and told me to stop the water because we had sewage backing up through the downstairs toilet. Lovely! He called Tim and they agreed it was probably a blockage in the main waste water line. Tim was here within an hour and worked in the fading light of evening and on into darkness. After determining the blockage was in a section of pipe under the house, he began snaking the line. He went in about 15 feet and was able to pull out a bunch of roots. That solved the problem. Tim Darnell is a gem! We found him several years ago when we bought this 25-year old house and have benefitted from his expert service several times. In addition to clearing our sewage line, he?s capped a gas line, replaced hot/cold water valves in the laundry, repaired and realigned leaky plumbing under the kitchen sink (from someone else?s shoddy work), and replaced the water heater (located on the 2nd floor). The quality of his work is superb. Tim is thorough and meticulous. He arrives on time, then takes his time and does things right. He?s knowledgeable, honest, pleasant, professional, and tidy. You won?t find a better Master Plumber than Tim Darnell.

Finding an honest, reliable plumber is challenging but we feel like we've hit the jackpot with Tim Darnell. We had several things that needed to be fixed and from the time he arrived until he finished the job(s), Tim never stopped working. Tim was on time, very professional and he has very reasonable rates. We had some additional work we wanted to have done but when we told Tim that we planned on replacing the sinks, he advised us not to put in the new drains because if/when we replace the sinks, the drains would have to be re-done. That saved at least an hour in labor time. Bottom line: if you need a great plumber, look no further. Tim Darnell rocks.

Tim did a great job and was very professional. He communicated throughout the process and kept us well informed.

First Tim answered a ton of my emails and helped me take care of one of my jobs by myself. He saved me some money there just by giving advice. Then when he came out he did a great job on the other stuff I needed. He didn't cut any corners and made sure I got the best parts available. He did the jobs quickly and left the place clean. I texted him and he responded within a few minutes. It was not an emergency so we set a time and date. He kept in contact with me and arrived a day early. Total professional. Knows his business. Drains are flowing free and I am very pleased to find someone with old fashioned work ethic. Will definitely call him again when in need.

Tim caulked and shimmed around my toilet where the caulking had come loose from a previous leak. I also had asked him to remove a couple of fixtures from my kitchen sink that no longer were needed (hot water dispenser and a dishwasher thingy) and cover the holes with covers I had purchased. Tim is always professional and works very hard to do a quality job. Removing those fixtures in the kitchen were more involved than I realized and he took the time to do it right. I was very happy with his work as always and will use him again.

Very good plumber, reasonably priced, does a good job and cleans up well.

He is always on time and he keeps you well informed on what you need to do and what he will do. He will come quickly for an emergency and he will still come quickly if it is not. You generally leave a message when you call and he will call within an hour. He is knowlegeable, does really good work, and he is competitive.

Tim was very professional and courteous. He was also flexible, timely, and efficient. I would recommend using him for any plumbing project and plan on calling on him for my future needs.

Everything went very well. Tim was very accommodating, eventhough he had a full schedule, he was able to squeeze me in. he was prompt, knowledgeable and very efficient. great price for everything he did and i would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

I had to have a furnace repair and the repairman detected a gas smell and recommended that I call a plumber immediately. Since I have used Tim Darnell in the past I called him immediately. Since this was during one of our cold spells, he was very busy but still found time for my problem by extending his workday considerably. He found the leak but it was in a type of plumbing that he is not licensed to work on. However, he did cut into the line and install a cut-off valve to the hot water heater (that was the line affected) so that he could cut-off the gas to that appliance and I could still have gas to my furnace. He also called a fellow plumber who is licensed to work on that type plumbing and made arrangements for him to come the next day. Tim is always very professional and helpful and I will continue to call him for all my plumbing needs.

Tim has done several jobs for me. He is always prompt, honest, knowledgeable, professional and a hard worker. I had hot water heater problems and he bent over backwards to fit us in to his already busy schedule, since we were without hot water. I would highly recommend Tim, and will use him again.

Tim is very punctual and a straight shooter. He will provide all the necessary information how it went wrong and what he had done to make it right. He also explained also the different options in replacing my water heater unit

I obtained Tim's name from Angie's List for a small project which involved the repair of the master shower's mixer valve. I was so impressed with his professionalism, price and attention to detail that I decided to ask Tim to prepare an estimate for the job described above. Within 2-3 days I received an email from Tim which described in detail the work that would be performed and the materials he would install. Due to the nature of the job and the uncertainties he might encounter when digging the hole for the PRV's new location, Tim was at first reluctant to quote a firm price. However, he agreed to cap the cost at $1,500 and a start date was established. The job was started on time. Tim kept us informed of his progress and notified us whenever he had to turn off the water to the house. When it came time to test and set the PRV pressure, Tim discovered that the 2 year old PRV was not operating properly. It was getting dark and Tim wanted safeguard the open hole. So after supper, he brought back a piece of plywood to cover the hole until morning. Later that night, Tim searched the local suppliers for a replacement PRV and found one at Home Depot. He returned the next morning, installed the new PRV, set the proper water pressure, checked the pipes and expansion tank for leaks, backfilled the hole and cleaned up the work site. Several days later the city building inspector "passed" the job. If you ever need a plumber, Tim's your guy. It is comforting to know that there is a plumber in the Keller area who takes great pride in his work and shows up as promised. I would most certainly use Tim again.

He is awesome. I’ve used him so many times over the years. He had to come back twice because we had to order the parts for him to fix the problem. I always felt like he is very reasonable and very fair on everything he charges. He is very honest and if he thinks that it’s not worth repairing, he will tell you that. Sometimes I think he gets a little busy. He may not get back like the same day but he usually calls back the next day.
