Tim Darnell promptly returned my call and scheduled an appointment. He quickly and professionally took care of our problems. His bill was reasonable for parts and labor. Will definitely not hesitate to call him again.

I have used Tim before and he did an excellent job as in previous times. He had ordered some specialty parts due to original type of faucets being non standard and had even taken his own time to find out exactly how the parts were different than standard parts (like Delta) and potential problems that might come up in installation to ensure that he could install everything properly. Everything fit perfectly and works great.

Tim took care of leaking sink even though he had to stay late (9 pm) to make sure every thing was taken care of and fixed properly. No extra charge for the extra / late time required and did an excellent job. New sink and faucet looks and works great.

After calling other plumbers on AL, I went with Tim b/c after having described the issues over the phone, it was clear that he had a very good idea of the work that needed to be done and the approximate costs that would ensue. Thats called experience! Other plumbers wanted a trip fee and since they have receptionists instead of plumbers answering their phones, they weren't able to provide ANY insight into the potential costs or work required. Tim arrived promptly and worked quickly, which was appreciated since he charges per hour. I was a little scared of the per hour billing rather than flat rate, but he worked fast, so it was not an issue. I had three leaky faucets and broken fixtures, and now I have new fixtures and no leaks thanks to Tim.

He was very reasonable. He was was very prompt and courteous. He even took his shoes off in the home without me asking.

They were very professional and cleaned the place well, before they left. Their prices were reasonably priced and did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Plumber showed up later than appointment time but kept me posted on delay. Addressed items from buyers inspection promptly and thoroughly.

Mr. Darnell made an appointment for the day after I called, arrived promptly and performed services competently and professionally. His work cleared up my issues with kitchen drain and also with poorly performing toilet (which was a bonus). The price was quite good, and he gave an Angie's List discount. I will certainly use his services again and highly recommend him.

The service was great, fast, and cost effective. Tim fixed what needed to be fixed and didn;t try to upsell me a bunch of other stuff I didn;t ask for and I really appreciate that. I will call Tim everytime.

Tim arrived the same day we made contact and replaced one outside faucet and repaired another. His work was perfect and each part of the process was explained thoroughly. He worked quickly completing the work in a couple of hours.

We found Tim Darnell Plumbing on Angie's List, and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and passionate about his tradesmen craft; energetic and trustworthy. We have his contact information posted in our kitchen for any and all future plumbing needs as well (water or gas plumbing). My wife and I had just purchased our home and wanted to have the usual professional tradesmen to review/repair items that the housing Inspector noted in his pre-closure report. Tim arrived in perfect timing; did a walk through with me and provide us the peace-of-mind feedback on (a.) items needing to be addressed, (b.) those repairs having a number of approaches to address, as well as (c.) advice on how some plumbing/gas items functioned (quick start training on our newly acquired home). The entire experience was fabulous, and allowed my wife and I to know our plumbing and gas systems were ready for use, repaired where needed, and sound.

Terrible. Rude! UNBELIEVABLE THAT THIS COMPANY DENIES TALKING WITH ME, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, THEN NOT SHOWING UP NOR CALLING!. I HAVE THE PEOPLE'S NAMES I SPOKE WITH WHEN MAKING THE APPOINTMENT, TELEPHONE NUMBER AND I KEPT THE NOTES TO MY APPOINTMENT. THIS COMPANY ALSO HAS A LADY WHO LIES ABOUT THEIR APPOINTMENTS. As a post note, they called me a couple days ago and said, they closed for the day account weather. Interesting, I made it to work just fine and when i don't make an appointment, I call the people i have appointments with. If they never heard of me, it is interesting that they called me.

Mr. Darnell did an excellent job. When I talked to him on the phone and told him I wasn't getting hot water in one of my bathtubs, he asked me several questions and isolated the problem over the phone. He scheduled an appointment within the week to replace the faucet cartridge. He worked very efficiently and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt he charged a reasonable price and would definitely use him again.

Tim's work is meticulous and excellent. Charged by the hour (90), which was a fair rate in our area, and well worth the quality of work that Tim did. Tim is who I now call for any plumbing issue.

Tim Darnell did superb work. Took a little over 4 hours (as advertised). The finished product looks so much better, is far more stable and performs superbly. The price was $569.59, which given the amount of material, the time involved and the superb outcome, I consider outstanding value for my money. Tim is neat, professional, and leaves a spotless work area. I will definitely use Tim Darnell for any plumbing issues we have in the future. I highly recommend him.

I found Tim on Angie's List, and boy am I glad I did! I've called on him previously for a water heater install (perfect job) and for a sink faucet install (perfect again). It's nice to know there are truly honest, trustworthy plumbers out there. Tim is courteous, professional, fast, and worth every penny. This particular job was an emergency, and he didn't hesitate to come out at 9:45 PM. I've referred him to friends and heard good things from them, too. Trust me, you will store this guy's number in your phone - he's that good.

I have used them for a long time and they have done a lot of things for me. It is a one man operation. He is very reasonable, punctual, and tries very hard to remain like that. He is a very nice guy.

The job took just an hour and a half. He was prompt, efficient and will not hesitate to use this plumbing service for any problems in the future

From the beginning I talked with Mr. Darnell personally. No answering service or third person involved. Mr. Darnell did the work himself - no inexperienced hireling working in his place or under his license. He was prompt and did not leave a mess. I intend to use him for all of my plumbing needs in the future. I prefer to utilize an individual professional like Mr. Darnell with whom I can communicate with one on one, rather than a large/national company with whom I would never have a chance to talk with the owner/operator - just one of his/her underlings.

I use Tim because he is a very conscientious plumber who always pays great attention to detail. This job was no different. It's too bad nobody can see the rough plumbing behind the finished wall. It's very neat and well constructed. The stringers were attached with brackets and screws (I've had plumbers simply toenail the stringers into the studs....not a good method). All the solder joints are neat and clean. The finish plumbing was completed in under an hour and, since the rough-in was done correctly, went without a hitch.

He was very helpful with the estimates, options and working with me as far as what we need to do. I will have him do the work in the future after we hear from the insurance company.

Tim was very, very careful in removing the old cartridge, spent a great deal of time being conservative in his actions, and ultimately made two trips to affect the repair. All came out well and he got the job done right without any secondary problems. His pricing was extremely fair and I am happy to have found such a great plumber for any future needs I have.
