Description of Work: We did the complete kitchen remodel. I would like to keep the actual costs confidential. I feel so lucky to have found Pete to do our remodel. Thank you Angie's list for providing the information on him. With him in-charge of the project, everything was well taken care off. I was so skeptical and almost sure that we won't be finishing the remodel within the given time, but Pete actually finished the project on-time without any delays or any major trouble. His crew was very nice, polite, sincere and trustworthy. As my husband has said that we will rehire Pete in a heartbeat. We are talking of remodeling our master bath and will go to no one but Pete. pete is worth the wait!

Description of Work: The owner of this business does not seem to understand the meaning of, scheduled appointment. We scheduled two appointments with him and he was a no-show for both. If he can not keep appointments for an estimate I hesitate to think about his ability to actually perform the work I want done.

Description of Work: received a bid for master bathroom remodel. previously pete did a kitchen remodel for us and he still is concerned if we have any concerns regarding it. the kitchen remodel was done 2 years ago. truly, hiring pete and his company is like having a good friend do it. you can't say this about every company. the only reason we went with a different company for the master bathroom remodel is we simply wanted a new perspective. that's it. we are relatively new to home owning and home remodeling and the more perspectives we get the more informed we are. we will consider pete's construction for our room addition, guest bath, and 2nd bath remodel. can't go wrong with pete.

Description of Work: We had a meeting with Pete to discuss adding a second floor to our home. He was very creative in thinking through our particular problems, and limitations of our current house. He spent a lot of time with us, and was quite frank about the costs, and work involved.We finally decided , after several other consultations, not to go ahead with the project right now. But we would certainly contact Pete again if we decide to build.

Description of Work: Pete came out to my house and met with my wife and me. We discussed the work I needed done on my roof and both Pete and I came to the conclusion, he would not be able to pencil me into his schedule the time I needed the work done (busy season for new roofs). HOWEVER, he was very professional and was very honest to my wife and me, his recommendations were spot on and I feel alot better about my roofing situation after speaking with him. He spent about an hour of his time after normal business hours to meet with us and even after we both decided he could not fit us in, he stayed and talked with us about our options. If Pete was able to pencil us in, I would have probably gone with him just based on his honesty and knowledge of the business.

David Freid has spoke of Pete's Construction several times as he has represented Pete Botros when representing AT&T. ( a very poor company yellowpages.com ) Pete is a very professional hard working guy who really puts his integrity before his pocket. The fact that he missed a call does not deserve an F rating. As a matter of fact there could be many reasonable explanations for this. The fact that the last rating only verified the number instead of trying again to uncover the reason tells me I needed to write this review on behalf of one who is known to operate his business as professionally as possible. SEO Seattle LLC and myself rates this business a TEN PLUS.

From the first call and estimate/inspection visit to the finished work everything was done with punctuality (arriving to do the project), professionalism, wonderful and cheery attitude and absolutely, totally beautiful end results = a perfect, glorious new floor! Oh, and Pete always answers his phone, if one happens to have any questions during the planning stage. So delightful - and - unusual now-a-days. You can totally trust Pete. He's a man of his word! I cannot wait to start my next project (all of upstairs flooring done). And then I'll want to have more done in the house, and of course I'm going to call Pete!

+ 1 morePete arrived promptly to give me an estimate and set a date for the project. He and his workers arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. They cleaned up each area as the project moved forward. Pete is courteous, fair, honest and just generally a delight. Though this was a small job, Pete treated it with care and offered me advice on materials and scope of project so that it would not involve significant cost. I plan to use Pete's services in the future and am happy to recommend him.
Description of Work: Pete removed and replaced existing baseboard moldings throughout including closets. His workers did a superb job. The kitchen countertops was replaced and Pete's workers removed carpeting to expose a hardwood floor covered with staples that needed removal by hand.

+ 9 moreHe did a great job, I would highly recommend him! Pete is a wonderful person that is extremely easy to work with, he is very outgoing and punctual! I would certainty use him again. The clean up was amazing as well.
Description of Work: Pete remodeled my kitchen, put a new mantle over my fireplace and baseboard heating in the living room and the bed room. He also put in some new lights, countertops (granite) and a new floor. He also knocked out the false ceiling and a nice new paint job. He did some electrical work as well which included some new outlets. Pete also put in a new stove hood!

+ 3 morePete's Construction did a BEAUTIFUL job on my kitchen installation! Not only did he do a fantastic job, he was a pleasure to work with. Having worked with other contractors on my condo, I value his EXCELLENT communication. I already had the plan for all the cabinets; he came in and walked through the details of it, inch-by-inch. Guess what-my plan would not have worked...YET, he was patient, respectful, helpful, and detailed. During the process, his crew came ON TIME EVERY TIME, were respectful of me and my family, CLEANED UP, were cheerful about MODIFICATIONS I requested, and I am delighted. Granite countertops-I wanted to choose the product by hand, and Pete met me at the countertop wholesalers in town. 3 TIMES! (Tough to get 3 matching pieces my size). His subcontractor came twice to measure and install, both with Pete's oversight. Beautiful. Bathroom remodel beginning now. Demolition was fantastic and CLEAN. A great start, and wouldn't want to hire anyone else.
