I told the owner that I didn't want to go over a certain amount from the project inception; but the ending cost exceeded the agreed dollar amount by $800. I never used him again even though he said I had 2 years for him to come out and change burned out lights.

The experience with Majestic went very well. They have great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Did not go well. Inadequate lighting. Discovered months later that screws used to adhere lighting in trees in back yard were too short. Two lights have already fallen out; one fixed by Majestic, one fixed by myself. ALL NEED TO BE REPLACED, BUT NO ACTION TO FIX BY MAJESTIC

I was / am very impressed by Majestic Outdoor lighting. The entire experience was pleasant and the work is exceptional. Randy came out one evening and was professional and helpful. He worked with us on the design and within 10 days we had a great finished product. He came back to make sure we were pleased with the installation. Highly recommended!

Last year I hired a landscape designer to completely overhaul my backyard. Included in his bid was the installation of outdoor, low voltage lighting. The system never worked correctly and I couldn't get the designer to come back and correct the problems. After a year of frustration, I called Ryan Lee at Majestic Outdoor Lighting to come fix the problems. Majestic had done a great job on an outdoor installation at a prior home of mine in Dallas. So I knew that they did quality work. I called Ryan, he remembered me from the last job. We set up an appointment and he showed up right on time. He looked at the faulty work and told me his plan to correct it. Two weeks later, everything is done and working great.

Ryan met me at my house to look over a potential repair of my existing system. He noticed that the transformer was set wrong and also gave me some advice on a string of non-functioning lights. He briefly showed me how to check the actual light fixtures and we set up a repair date the next week. But - I mentioned I might try to do the repair myself since I had some knowledge now. Long story short, I repaired the system successfully! Ryan didn't charge me for the initial visit and his advice was great - as a home owner this is the kind of businessman and business I want to do business with! I strongly recommend Majestic Outdoor Lighting.

Looks amazing, very neat and clean install, at half the price I would of thought to light our backyard.

Jason came out within a week of initial call and had good ideas on where to put lights to highlight the house's architecture and provide usable light around pool/ patio area. They must be busy as it was a 3 week wait for the install. Install, took half a day and there were no issues. End product looks great. Once you have your house lit up this well, it is hard to go back to standard porch lights.

The planning stage included a demonstration and detailed discussion; installation was seamless and quick. Also they were good listeners.

My wife and I love the lights, Majestic Lighting did an incredible job. Jason did a phenomenal job of showing us several houses and explaining the art of lighting a house and landscaping together. They created a great balance between the front house facade lights, landscape lights, and up and down tree lights. The down lights do a fantastic job and look a lot better than the ?blue? LED tree lights you see most often around the DFW area. Not to brag, but I?m confident this the best lit house in the entire neighborhood. I would highly recommend Majestic Lighting to anyone who wants a top quality outdoor lighting contractor.

Once the system was installed, I wasn't happy with how one section was lit therefore asked them to make some adjustments. When the two owners came out approximately one week later, I learned the wrong lights had been installed in this area and this was partially why it didn't look the way we wanted. The team came out the next day, including one of the owners, and made the necessary changes to complete the project correctly. After living with the system for 45 days we decided we would like to have one of the lights moved from one flowerbed to another. I went back to Majestic Outdoor Lighting (so it didn't void the Warranty) to get a quote on having this done however we have gone back and forth four or five times and ultimately we've been unable to get the Company to extend a quote so we can have the adjustment made. In agreeing to this project, we paid Majestic Outdoor Lighting $485.00 for wiring and $300.00 for labor along with the other costs to have a "nearly new lighting system" (these are the words they used when selling us their services). I told them my desire was to not void the Warranty however in their last e-mail they stated they thought we should have another Company complete the job. I believe their concern is that we were not very happy with the way the installation began since they started digging up a portion of our front lawn before I had an opportunity to review the project with one of the co-owners. The only reason we are going back to them is because in their offer letter it states under the Warranty section ".......any such misuse or modifications performed by anyone except a representative from Majestic Outdoor Lighting will nullify any implied or stated warranties." Our desire is to pay a reasonable amount to have the small adjustment made however to date we haven't received a quote or any suggestions on how we can do this without putting us at odds with their Warranty.

It went awesome! After the initial consultation we called Ryan back within an hour to set up the services to be done. They were a little higher than another bid we had, but we felt comfortable with his knowledge of the products and felt he really listened to our needs. After the install, my husband decided he didn't like the looks of a couple of the tiki style lights, and Ryan was very understanding and made a couple suggestions for us to think about over the weekend. We then took his advice and had 2 of the lights planted deeper, and one removed and replaced with another style light. We are very happy and love the job they did! We are planning on using them again to do lighting in our back yard around our pool landscaping!

Majestic Outdoor Lighting came out and provided a quote. They showed up on time and when they said they would. They performed the job very well and billed me what they quoted.

Very professional. Design person was knowledgable and helpful. Work was completed before it was promised. Installation was seamless, with no residual landscape damage. Very pleased with final result.

Ryan was on time for design meeting and took considerable time explaining options and recommending placement. Installation was completed in three days and was an extremely professional installation. At my request several lights were replaced with lights of a different color spectrum, at no additional charge. In general all Majestic personnel were very professional and accommodating.

We had several quotes for the front of our home and new landscaping to be showcased with an ambient lighting. Ryan was very accommodating and does not have a pushy, salesperson personality. His prices were competitive with the other companies that had given me a quote. I had communicated that I DID NOT want the stark, columned, beams of light up my home. I wanted the whole house and landscaping to be illuminated with an park-like, ambient light. He discussed our options in a very professional and likable manner and they were able to complete the job in a day, once all of my fixtures were in. I was concerned that my brand new landscaping would be damaged in this process. You couldn't even tell where they had been or ran the wires, except the sod, which patched itself over time. After it was done, I told him out of all the renovations we had done to our 15 year-old home, it was one of the most bangs for my buck. We got tons of compliments from all of our neighbors, and I just love going walking at night and coming home to a "majestic" view. Their service is very prompt and convenient. They relocated a wire up a tree because I didn't care where it had been placed. They were prompt in replacing a in-ground light cap that my husband had sucked up HIS lawn mower. (Be forewarned). I highly recommend using Majestic Lighting. They stand behind their products and services and have a wonderful staff (Amber) if you have any questions.

They have been absolutely professional. They were extremely uninvasive. One light went out and they were out immediately to fix it. They quality of the work is great. They have been great to work with.

The experience was good. My only issue was price, but they were competitive and in line with everyone else. The technicians really listened and were happy to work within our budget. They were also prompt and I’m happy with their services overall. I’ll definitely call them back to do work in my backyard!

The experience was great overall. They were recommended to us by our pool builder. The technicians seemed very knowledgeable. They were capable of doing more than what we wanted to at that time, but they did the work so we can add on later if we'd like to.
