Just fine, there were a few adjustments that needed to be made but once contacted they scheduled and came out and took care of everything.

We have been a majestic customer for over 5 years now, and the quality of there products, and there commitment to a fantastic customer experience will keep us as a loyal customer for a long time. We just had one of there top technicians out for our annual service, and we had an outage in our entire front yard lighting. Josh went from tree to tree , light to light in the boiling hot sun to diagnose the issue until is was resolved, which included climbing up a 45 ft later to the top of a giant oak tree. This is the real time example of the service they provide. If you are looking to install outdoor landscape lighting, i highly recommend you check out Majestic.

Majestic installed the outdoor lighting 3 years ago and has been extremely responsive any time that I’ve called. Service personnel are professional and courteous.

Chad Sieg, our rep from Majestic Lighting, is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accessible. He was prompt with our appointment, made great recommendations, explained their product (which is superior to other companies we interviewed and has a great warranty), and was very accommodating regarding coming back out to do a night-time demonstration when we weren't sure about the brightness of the lighting. He was absolutely spot on in his recommendations. On the install date, the crew was also prompt, efficient, professional, and extremely tidy. We are completely satisfied with their work from start to finish and couldn't be happier with our lighting. The only negative is the price of the annual maintenance contract, which is cost prohibitive enough to not purchase. Hopefully, we won't need much adjustment of the lighting, etc. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing!

After reviewing several outdoor landscaping light companies we chose majestic due to their knowledge and professionalism. This was one of our last steps in the building of our new home and majestic was by far one of the best companies we worked with in that entire process. Chad was absolutely amazing to work with! It is nice to know there are still people and companies that still care about impeccable customer service, doing what they say when they say, and meeting every one of our expectations and beyond.

We had Majestic Outdoor Lighting put in Halogen light fixtures back in 2010. We loved the path lights, wash lights and tree lights. We were so please with the customer service, price and quality of the product and workmanship that when we moved into our new house this past year we again chose Majestic. This time we upgraded to LED. The way Majestic laid out our project has not only WOW’d us but we are the envy of our neighborhood. We have twice as many lights, and you might think it would be overdone, but it is SEXY. It’s soft and beautiful. One thing I am especially excited about is the sense of security I feel. We leave our lights on dusk to dawn and I’m never worried about someone being in our yard. Another aspect is how Majestic sets the lights so that there aren’t any hotspots or dark spots. Our neighbors did their own lights with an online company and their yard looks like it was a do it yourselfer. When I drive down the road I can tell which yards were done by Majestic. We’ve worked with both Ryan and Justin and they are so fun to work with. You won’t go wrong with these guys.

Chad arrived on schedule for our appointment. Reviewed our landscaping plan and listened to our concerns about subtle lighting. He made his professional recommendation if using a “moonlight” concept for our heavily treed lot. The installation was fast and easy. The transformation of our property and the subtle lighting of our new landscaping is nothing short of AMAZING! Quality products and quality workmanship, we couldn’t be happier. Chad from Majestic Outdoor Lighting planned and carried out a complete re-do of our landscape lighting. He is artistically gifted, is a very good businessman, and was very pleasant to associate with. We love, love what he accomplished here along with his team who did excellent work.

This was the worst quality product for the price I've ever dealt with. I normally don't write negative reviews, yet this company's product is so bad that the public should know about it. The broke 4 sprinkler lines, and now 4 of the fixtures have leaked and corroded out. Their installation crew put holes in my water feature, and were in such a hurry that they had to come back 3 times to get the job right. For the high price they charge for these fixtures, I would have expected better quality than cheap china made fixtures. Stay away from this lousy company.

We were introduced to Majestic Outdoor Lighting during our outdoor living project. At the conclusion of the project we revisited lighting on the whole property and couldn't be happier with the result. While we love the outdoor areas during the day, now they absolutely come alive after dusk and make the outdoor living areas more inviting, more intimate, and more vibrant. The staff is fantastic, the service is quick and reliable, and the results speak for themselves.

I have repeatedly tried to cancel the maintenance contract since sixteen of the 22 lights were replaced by another company after a lightning strike. The company has repeatedly refused to refund my money and cancel the contract. I have been pursuing a number of options to try to recover my money and will continue to do so until I receive it. I would STRONGLY recommend that any customer think twice before working with this company. If something happens or you want to make any changes you will be in the same position as me. Please do not use this company. I hired Majestic Outdoor Lighting to perform a service call on my 22 outdoor lights. I was billed 108 for this service that included replacing light bulbs. I was sent an invoice today for 750 that was for the replacement of six light bulbs in July. This new amount is outrageous and cannot be supported.
