Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: We purchased a coupon for 6 areas of carpet cleaning, and knew going in we would add one or two rooms on. The gentleman who showed up was very nice, and was able to make professional recommendations on a few pet stains we had. He put extra effort into a few trouble spots of ours, and the house honestly felt brand new afterwards. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Excellent service for a good price. Had a sofa and chair cleaned. Very friendly on the phone and in person. When the tech arrived for the furniture cleaning I asked him about another unrelated issue. He could have sold me another service for that issue but instead did a small treatment of the area and determined that I needed to address the problem in a different way. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness.

Description of Work: I used Clean Master Carpet Cleaning August 15, 2014. The cleaning techs came at the time that was promised, and gave me notice when they were on their way, which was most helpful. They charged me the exact fee that was quoted to me on the phone when I made the appointment. Ronnie and his assistant, Jim, did an excellent job on 3 rooms of carpet and my sofa. Both the carpet and my sofa look like new. Ronnie and Jim were both courteous, professional and efficient; and did an excellent, thorough job. This is the best experience I have had with any service company in years. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Description of Work: Dustin was very professional and punctual. He cleaned the carpets that were part of the agreement from the Angie's List deal and also additional carpet that I added on. The cost was very fair and he walked me through the house when the job was complete to make sure I was satisfied. I would definitely use them again.
