Jared was excellent! Not only was he on time, but early. We’re having a holiday party on Sunday and the office smelled terrible! (Animals having their way in there! Gross!!) But, they got everything out…I mean EVERYTHING! Back to normal again, and couldn’t be more pleased with the service. On top of that, Jared was exceptionally professional, did not nit-pick with all the extra micro-charges for every little stain. I called another company and they “could not” (re: would not) tell me what they charged for pet stains - even a general range- over the phone. Jared on the other hand was upfront about everything, honest, and knew what he was doing. He’s been with the company nearly 10 years, so I’m sure he’s seen everything!! I would absolutely have this company return (which I’ll probably need to, once the dogs come back inside….if I’m being honest 🙄!) I will most definitely ask for Jared. Thanks for the great service!!

I had an excellent experience with Clean Master, and in particular, Jared. I hired them to clean my 10-year-old couch that my dogs and myself have been hanging out on for 10 years. Jared got some stains out of it and made it look and smell like a 7-year-old couch. Let’s face it, no 10-year-old couch with dogs in the house will be perfect. As far as Jared goes, what a funny and nice guy who is respectful of you and your house as well as someone who takes pride in doing a good job. Thanks again, Jared!

Upon arrival confirmed work to be done and pricing. Upon completion, they suggested efficiencies to aid the drying of the carpet. It was great. Mark called when he got there like they said they would. Did all the work like they said they would, and finished in the time like they said they would. They went the extra mile with my kitchen floor. Very fast and efficient and fair!

Clean Master Carpet Cleaning did a great job. They cleaned three rooms. The service technician called before arriving, arrived on time (early in fact) and performed the service very quickly. My carpets looked great. We had a ton of pet stains, and he was able to get them out with the standard cleaning service.

Beth was so quick to call me to schedule when I sent a message to get a quote. She worked with me to schedule out a few weeks so that it worked with my schedule. The technician called ahead, arrived on time and did the work to my satisfaction. (This was almost a month ago as I am behind on my reviews) Now that I am stuck in my house 24/7 I am especially glad that part of my annual cleaning is to have the carpets done!

It was my first time meeting Jeff. He was on time and he took his time to spray spots on carpet. He is a very sweet person. I have used this company before and I am always satisfied with their work. I will recommend them to anyone who need their carpet cleaned etc.. But this is what had me crying when he was finished. He said Ms. Dewberry I appreciate all the busy you have given me so today it's on me. You owe me nothing I cried for about 30 minutes, because he did not know that I had just purchase a new refrigerator because mine went out and the next day my gabage disposal had a leak need to be replaced but I had already scheduled for my carpet to be cleaned putting me in a hole regarding my finances. So I know he is a Godly man and God used him to answer my prayer and we didn't even talk about religion but I know he has a communicate with God. Jeff I thank you from the bottom of my heart and I will never forget the kindness you showed me on that day when I needed it the most. Excellent! Jared R called about 20 minutes before he arrived (I really appreciate that), arrived on time, cleaned 4 bedrooms, a long hallway, staircase and a living area in an hour. Everything was neat when he left. Jared was very polite, friendly and professional. I highly recommend and will use again.

Went great. Jared was friendly, answered all my questions and did an excellent job. Our carpet is at least ten years old and has never been professionally cleaned. My wife and I could not be happier with how clean, fresh and new our carpets look. Also arrived right on time, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Currently selling my home and was worried the condition of the carpets would require a concession. However, CleanMaster brought my worn carpets back to life. My 15-year old carpet doesn't look "brand new" (they're not magicians... or maybe they are?), but now my carpets no longer stand out as an eyesore. I'm extremely satisfied!

Jared Rogers called a couple of hours before our appt and asked if he could come early. I was ready so agreed to that. He went right to work and did a good job. The carpet looks clean and he was done within an hour.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It was very easy to schedule on-line and Beth is one of the few who promptly use e-mail. Keith was on time and promptly cleaned the carpets. It was refreshing that they provided the advertised service without any upsell or add-ons. Keith was exceptionally neat and didn’t leave wet areas on the adjoining tile. We had some issues with the carpet after it dried. I e-mailed Beth pictures of the areas in questions and she promptly offered to reclean any areas in question, without blaming our carpet or any other excuses. It was scheduled with a day of identifying the problem. Again, Keith was on time. He examined the areas and promptly recleaned them without any excuses. He was just as neat and pleasant as the initial visit. Our carpets look great! There were some heavily stained areas that we had given up on, but Clean Master made them look like new. Clean Master is a very professional company that provides a tremendous price value and I recommend highly.

We have been wanting to get our carpets cleaned professionally for some time now but had been lazy about it. Recently we had a wine spill , we acted fast and took care of most of the stains but decided that this was a good time to get it cleaned as well. I searched Angies List for professional cleaners and Clean Master had the best reviews and deals. I claimed the deal and immediately received a call from Beth to set up an appointment. Set up process was painless and they were able to accommodate our request for a Saturday appointment. On the day of appointment, Jason - who is the owner- called to let us know he was on his way. He was very professional and came on time. Their estimates for amount of time it would take were correct as well . He did a great job in cleaning and also gave us tips on taking care of wine stains in future. We had few stains on carpet from the polish used on couch frame. Unfortunately, they were hard to remove. Jason initially suggested that he can work with his hands and try to remove for extra charge and we were fine with it. There was a huge improvement and stains faded but they didn't go away completely. Jason refused to charge us for it as he himself wasn't happy with it. What a guy! We were very happy with the whole service and process. He took great care of everything. We will definitely be using their service again and I have already recommended them to two of my friends. Please make sure to get all furniture out of the way for them to focus on cleaning. We were able to get most of the furniture out except for one couch for which we had no space. Jason even moved it himself and then put the couch on blocks for the carpet to dry out. We definitely appreciate all the work he put in.
