Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

Technician arrived early, since he had completed job before me and came straight here. He did not fiddle around, just got right to work and never stopped until he was done. I particularly liked the fact that he did not bug me with trying to sell "add-ons." Very pleased with the results. For sure Clean Master will be my go to from now on.

Phoned and talked to Beth on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Thursday. Mark showed up right on time and after checking on the job, he gave us a price which we agreed to and he immediately went to work. Forty-five minutes later, he was finished and the soft and love seat looked almost new. We were so pleased with his work that we asked about an estimate to clean the white carpet in the family room. The price he gave us was considerable cheaper than the company that we have been using. The next time we need a carpet cleaned, we will definitely use this Clean Master service.

Why can't the dalworths and the stanley steemers be as good as these guys. Very professional, they knew their stuff, and their expertise actually helped facilitate a warrantied repair on my carpet...how bout that? Man these guys are good.

I took advantage of Clean Master Carpet Cleaning's "$119 for Sofa and Love-seat Professionally Cleaned" Angie;s List deal. I received a response from Clean Master Carpet Cleaning a few hours after purchasing the deal and was able to scheduled the service for later in the week. The cleaning team called 45 minutes in advance of our scheduled service time to let me know that they were en route to my home. They arrived and quickly went to work They were friendly and professional. They were able to remove the pet hair and stains from the upholstery ... the sofa and wing chairs look great. I'd recommend this provider to anyone in need of upholstery cleaners.

It went very well. They arrived on time and even called 15 minutes before they showed up to let me know they were on the way. A team of two came out and they were very courteous and professional. They did a fantastic job and even showed me the difference in my sofa's appearance as they were cleaning it. My sofa and love seat look the best they've looked in years!

The company was supposed to be at my house between 12 and 2 p.m. I had not heard from them by 1:30; so, I called to find out what was going on with their ETA. I was told they were running behind. They showed up around 2:30 p.m. and were at my house for about an hour. The two gentlemen were quick but not thorough. They did not move any furniture. They cleaned around it. They did not even move a magazine rack or an air purifier. I had to do that. Every other carpet cleaning service I have used have moved furniture and provided sliders/styrofoam blocks for the furniture so carpets could dry underneath. I will not be using this company again.

They did an adequate job. He didn't have the right equipment at first but that was not his fault, he was just given the wrong materials.

I called to schedule and appointment and the lady on the phone was very nice. The cleaning went as scheduled and the guy who did the cleaning was friendly, professional and efficient. I will use them again in the future. Our carpet is older but they made it look great.

This company was so helpful. I had lots of work scheduled and one of the companies took longer than originally expected so I had to call Clean Master and reschedule. Then I had to reschedule a second time and a third time for various reasons. They were very nice about all my rescheduling. The cleaning technician arrived on time. I would hire them again.

The company contacted me immediately and worked with me to schedule the day I requested. Technician arrived on time. I pointed out the areas of concern for me. The coupon was for 3 rooms and my bathroom qualified for a 4th, but the extra charge was only $10. He did a thorough job and was respectful of my furniture. He even moved a couple things around to maximize cleaning more of the carpet. Very professional and neat. I would recommend this company.

Excellent service and work on the carpet and tile

Responded to the Angie's List Deal for carpet cleaning for entire 1600 square foot house. Booking was easy, technician arrived on time, and carpet looks very good. Wish some hard to remove spots would have come up but they have been there a long time in a very light beige carpet. All in all they did a great job and I would use them again.

The contractor was punctual and polite. The ONLY drawback was he kept trying to upsell me on additional services.

The representative was punctual and friendly. He treated several stains that I pointed out at the beginning of the visit. The service was performed 10 - 14 days ago and the stains have not returned. I would use this service again. The Angie's List special saved me money.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out pretty well. I was happy with it. It is a good company. I paid extra for them to clean more than 4 rooms. The people in the office are really positive. They really care about the phone calls and communication. They were punctual and right on time. They were very professional. They came out the next day. They were able to get a lot of old stains out.

I called the provider back about an area that I thought needed to be cleaned again, I did not get a response at first. I called again after the 15 days in which the invoice stated they would come back if needed and I got in touch with the owner, he was very apologetic that my first call did not get a response. He offered to come back and clean that area as well as the high traffic areas which I knew would darken some after the carpet dried. Our carpet is white and is 14 years old. The area that I originally called about was now covered with a new dresser and he still offered to come out, move that piece of furniture as well as go over the high traffic areas to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Although I didn't get a response on my first call, my second call (which as I stated was after the time frame they said the would come back) the owner was very responsive and went above and beyond what he had to do to make me happy with the service. I will definitely use their service again.

He came when scheduled. The introduction was very short and not friendly, he got straight to business. He asked what areas needed to be cleaned, so we walked the house and I pointed them out. I showed him some stains which I wanted him to get out. His immediate answer on most of them was they are impossible to get out, even though I had another company get out the exact same stains. He was not interested in doing a thorough job, only getting in and out as quickly as possible.

They were on time, professional and got out some of the hardest stains on our carpet. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was an AMAZING experience. Normally when I email providers through Angie's List I might hear back. I would write these guys an email and I would get responses within minutes. I called them on a Tuesday because I found out I would be working from home the next day and they were able to squeeze me in--awesome! I had hired someone several months ago to clean my carpets on living social (79.00) and you could tell the difference with the professional equipment and how the house was left after Clean Master left. Much more professional, you could tell they really knew what they were doing and I loved that they put plastic guards on the door frames so their tubes did not scratch anything (so thoughtful, never seen that before). I made the mistake of buying the wrong package (10.00 higher) for cleaning a loveseat when in reality I should have bought a 4 bedroom cleaning. I emailed the provider on Thursday asking for the refund of 10.00 and they immediately emailed me and said "no problem we will mail you a check!" I guess I am so jaded because I didn't expect that check to come, and if I did, I just assumed I would have to keep reminding them or it would be weeks, and when the check arrived today (Saturday), I was like, D*** THAT'S SERVICE!!! I was already impressed but now I am BLOWN away. I also was impressed with all the marketing materials they left behind--a pen, a magnet, they clearly want my business and I will give it to them! Thank you Master Carpet Cleaning.

I was happy with the cleaning done on my sectional. It was an Angie's Big Deal so I'm not too sure how much the normal cleaning would have cost me.

It went excellent. He arrived on time and got right to work. The Carpets never looked better and the Granite was shining. The tiles in the bathroom look new again. We had a seam bubble up in the carpet of one our children's bedrooms and they sent out a team to fix it -- looks great and was included int the package price. I highly recommend!!!
