Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

On July 28 I made an appointment with Clean Master Carpet Cleaning to clean 3 areas of my home. I made the appointment on their scheduling tool via their website. One of the questions is how would you like to be contacted and I put my cel number, I thought to arrange a time. After completing the scheduler I waitied for a phone call or even an email stating receipt of my reservation or something stating that they would be at my location on Saturday at a certain time. Neither of those happened until 8 am Saturday when I thought I heard a knock, not the doorbell, by the time I got to the door Ronnie had left a copy of the invoice stating sorry he missed me. The invoice was written to clean 6 areas totaling $200.00 not the 3 that I had scheduled for $100.00 I will not call and reschedule.

The service was exceptional. We live in a three story townhouse, and the service reps had wall and corner guards to prevent damage while bringing the hoses throughout the house. Both of the reps were very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company, and will use again for my annual carpet cleaning.

Once I purchased the service online, I received an email confirmation along with an opportunity to schedule the service. I received a date/time very soon after I submitted my request. I had to change dates due to a personal situation and again through email exchange this was prompt and easily handled. The work was done by Dusty who was prompt, neat and very friendly. I've had this couch cleaned before, but never as well as this time. Dusty did an outstanding job of cleaning and getting stains out - they look new to me!! Because I was so pleased with Dusty's service, I requested a quote to have my wood floors cleaned and/or stripped of wax. The quote was quite reasonable. The next time I need any carpet/floors/furniture cleaned, I WILL use Clean Master and I WILL ask for Dusty. Thank you.

They were contacted to clean our carpets for our "leave ready' on our rental home. We were not onsite that day, but they showed up on time and moved quickly through our house. Every carpet was spotless and refreshed. They got paint out of the carpet too! Usually you compromise quality when the service is performed quickly. Not here, they were very quick and still did a great job!

This was a great no nonsense job- they quoted the price before on the phone when I gave them the room sizes- came on time, clearly told me what they needed for water ,electricity,etc and did a great job. I would definitely call them again.

Fantastic job! The carpet is an off white color and had become dirty and dull. They arrived on time and carpets came out spectacular! Found them on Angie's List. The reviews don't lie - will definitely use them again!!!!

It was good and I had no problems. They sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The scheduling was exactly what we wanted.

They did what they said they were going to do. They arrived on time for the appointment. There were two people here doing the work.

It went great. Ron was punctual, arriving at 8:15am. They said between 8 & 10. I don't see any spots that we had before. He only charged us $10 to move the heavier furniture. (I had already moved all the smaller stuff from the carpet.) He was very meticulous in doing his job - very professional! Very impressed.

Ronnie called ahead to advise what time they would arrive and was there on the dot. Surveyed entire house and promptly cleaned 2200 Sq ft in little over an hour.. extremely efficient!!! Would definitely use again in future.

I bought one of the carpet cleaning deals. I chose this particular company because it has had several "A" reviews. I also asked to get my 2 chairs cleaned which I knew I would have to pay extra for & that I was willing to do. The deal was for 4 rooms. I had the masterbedroom, 1 guestroom, stairs, short hallway into the 2 bedrooms& small walk-in closet cleaned. That constituted the 4 rooms. I honestly would not have cared anyway if I had only 2 bedrooms to clean. I paid $80 for the chairs to be cleaned (dry cleaned) & they went ahead & did the throw pillows, too. The chairs were far from filthy. They were just dusty. Since I took the day off from work, I was flexible about my availability. I buy these type of deals not so much as to get cheap services but to try to see if they will do great jobs. I don't mind paying full price for QUALITY work. Yes, I will utilize the services of this company again.

They were very nice and prompt in scheduling the appointment. They were friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the staircases, office, master bedroom and hallway but when the carpets dried they were a bit crunchy.

It was a Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was just fine. The did the work the day I bought the deal. They were prompt and thorough. They were good. The price was the same as the deal.
