Clean Master Carpet Cleaning

It went well! My couches were in desperate need of a deep clean and they were able to come out right within two days! I was very impressed by their professionalism. They were very honest and will definitely hire them for future rug and upholstery cleaning!

Overall it went well, on time, reasonable price, professional. But they used an ammonia based product to deodorize which I could still smell once it was dry so I used my rinse cycle on our carpet cleaner and went over the whole thing again which helped to remove that smell.

Mark was on time and worked quickly. The sofa and loveseat look great. I have used this company several times in the past to clean my carpets. It's a great company.

They (Dusty) showed up on time and even called prior to arriving to let me know that he was on the way. He cleaned my carpets thoroughly, especially the areas that had pet urine stains. He did an outstanding job! This is actually my 2nd time using Clean Master as they did a wonderful job the last time as well.

Jarod did a good job cleaning and made sure any difficult stains were pretreated and removed. He called 30 minutes prior to our appointment time to let us know that he was on the way and he arrived on time. He was very professional and nice to work with.

I have been using Clean Master out of Keller for well over 10 years to clean out nasty carpet. We have 3 dogs that track dirt, mud and overwhelm us with dog hair. Jason and Mark with Clean Master ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS do a phenomenal job. Going over traffic areas several times to get out the soil. They will also do carpet repairs and clean small area rugs all with a smile on their faces. I love this company and the thorough job that they always do for our house. They take good care of us, treating us with extra special care. They are always on time, extremely professional and will not leave a job until they know with no question thst we are happy with the service. I will never call anyone else! Everything was great expect the cleaning itself. I had them treat for pet urine and also clean. I had made sure they were truck mounted so that the water was actually extracted as much as possible. The “treatment” seems to be just a cover up. The smell was actually a lot worse after carpet dried. The carpets were soaked when he left. My bissell gets more water out than that! There’s no reason the carpets should have been so wet after they were done. After two weeks of the smell I ran my bussell and the smell is gone from the air. I didn’t have urine soaked carpets, so it’s not like you walked in my house and smelled it. I could smell when on floor but I have a super sensitive nose and no one else smelled it. After I had the carpets done everyone who came in commented on the smell. Now that I redid the carpets the smell is gone. There were no stains so I cannot attest to it they get stains up. I did notice upstairs that there was one spot that I missed on cleaning up where puppy had peed and that was still there as if they didn’t clean it. I sprayed with my eliminator and cleaned and it was gone. Even if I had not had them treat for urine I wouldn’t use again due to how much water was left in the carpet. I would not use again and feel like $300 just went down the drain.

It went very well. This was the second time I hired them and plan to do it again.

Jason, the owner, was great. I made a mistake and accidentally sent him to the wrong address (my office). Rather than being perturbed (he had a right to be), he got to the house quickly, was very friendly and professional, and went straight to work cleaning a large sectional sofa, 2 small rugs, 2 bedroom carpets, and 4 large chairs. He was very knowledgeable and made sure everything got just the right amount of water in the steam cleaning process (some get them too wet which is not good). All items look great. Will definitely use Jason's company again!

Dusty thoroughly cleaned each room we had agreed upon. When he was finished I couldn't see or smell the cat pee anymore! It was better than I ever expected. When the carpet dried, still no odor and no stains. The carpet was nice and soft as well. I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
