Description of Work: They cleaned several rooms. They did a great job.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet (9 rooms) and did an excellent job. Their was a tough stain that returned after drying and they came back twice to clean it without charge or complaint. I was very happy with their service and will use them again.

Description of Work: They did a good job but although the carpets looked clean it didn't remove the pet car from the carpets. I will use them again becuase they arrived on time and were very professional.

Description of Work: We are getting a house ready to sell after moving out. Pet spots and movers seemed to make carpet replacement necessary but Clean Master did such a spectacular job we don't need to replace it- it looks new except for the indentations where furniture had been. I highly recommend this company and we are happy to know who to call in the future. Like all highly rated businesses on Angie's list, this company exceeded expectations!

Description of Work: Mark arrived on the leading edge of the time window (9:00 AM) and proceeded to do an efficient job on a somewhat ragged, ancient carpet which now looks and smells a whole lot better. I will definitely use this company again (hopefully on new floors...)

Description of Work: Mark, the technician who both gave an estimate and did the work, was tremendous. His demeanor was friendly, helpful and above all professional. We had three area rugs, a couch and large bed/bathroom carpet cleaned. He worked diligently and successfully on stains, even removing some that a previous service told me could not be addressed. The couch looks almost new, and the rugs soft and vibrant. I could not be more pleased.

Description of Work: I called this company to get a quote to clean my carpets. I asked if they serviced my area and they told me yes. I wanted to clarify so I made sure that they knew that I lived further out in the county and I was still told yes, they service my area. I later scheduled an appointment online and received confirmation of the scheduled service plus a note that I would be charged a trip charge of $20 because I was out of their area. I clearly asked when I called if they covered my area and was told yes without any mention of a trip charge. Not happy! This is not the way to conduct business. Needless to say, I went with another company.

Description of Work: Did an excellent job. Prompt and courteous. Cleaned two chairs, one of which did not clean properly. Came back with no problem and redid chair at no extra cost.
