Once payment made communication was very slow, guys did not clean all the mess up, they cleaned up fence but all dirt and gravel area by my AC?s were a mess that I had to clean up myself.

From the beginning of our coordination, Darren pushed back on my request to install posts at 48 inches for a walk gate and let me fabricate the gate, 1) to save money 2) to ensure it was designed correctly. He insisted on installing the posts 53 inches apart, that 53 inches apart was "standard", then wrote 55 inches in the contract. I expressed my lack of faith in most contractors to do what I asked. He once again pushed back with much bravado about his reputation and how his crews would have to fix their mistakes to protect his reputation. His crew set the two gate posts 60 inches apart and went so far as to nail up two diagonals at 44 inches, predetermining the gate structure. Now, his texts indicate no intent to correct the issue, that I was not specific enough, and in fact blames me, that I created the mistake by asking to fabricate my own gate.

There was a change in the quote after choosing CenTex. It was explained to me that the usual wood suppliers were out of the wood we had chosen and a different supplier was needed to be sourced.

Came out quickly and gave a fair estimate to install a fence. They came out the same week we signed a contract (would have been the next day if it weren't for bad weather) and completed the job in 1 day. Professional, and friendly service. Fence looks great! I would work with them again.
