We just finished having our concrete driveway and fence extended in Richland Hills to store an RV. Centex was great to work with and the bid met our budget. They even handled applying for the permits with our city which was nice because some of the other contractors would not. During the process, I decided to extend the concrete to make a patio off my office and Darren was great at adjusting my request. He also gave us advice on the best gate to install that would be sturdy and easy to handle, along with stain suggestions. He does all kinds of work besides concrete and fence. We highly recommend Centex and will keep him in mind for any future projects. Also, we learned that his wife does interior remodels, design and projects. We already plan to reach out to her for some work needed inside our home.

There was no supervision, the owner Darren met guys at location and was gone for the day. Due to lack of direct supervision brought about inferior workmanship examples being, line post were installed off centered should have gone around large tree, workers tried to put pickets behind tree that were not attached, boards popping off current rails due to installation. Tried calling 3 times but no response, followed up by email with no response for resolution.

Darren and crew were great to work with and created an exceptional product. When considering the look and design of our patio cover, he helped us visualize the final project, assisted with paperwork needed for approvals and was flexible with our preferences. The final product is exactly what we were looking to see and it was completed with speed and professionalism.

I was very pleased with Darren and his crew. I built a 6-ft board on board cedar fence with a kickboard and they did a very nice job. I felt that the price was reasonable and the quality of work was very good.
