Omar was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, quick. He cleaned up completely after he was finished. However, Omar did not call me to tell me he was on his way, so I was surprised when he showed up at my door in a van without UpFront's name on it. His uniform did have the UpFront name on it. I had expected (from previous carpet cleanings with other companies) Omar to ask me what furniture needed to be moved & what stains I wanted treated. I expected him to tack up the skirt of my sofa & maybe put something under the wood furniture legs before cleaning. When I asked him to move an easy chair, end table, & coffee table, he willingly & quickly moved them. I wish he had reminded me that the bedroom curtains were resting on the carpet and needed to be shortened so that I could have done it instead of Omar tucking them into the blinds & wrinkling them. I would hire UpFront again and would recommend the company to others. But I would have different expectations before they arrived at my house. The cost was reasonable and inline with other companies.

Such professionalism from my initial call, to Phillip who came out to give an estimate, to Omar and his partner (sorry, don't remember his name) who did the work. Every aspect was thoughtful, professional and respectful. They were respectful to me as well as respectful of my home and property. They explained the work they would do and answered all my questions (and even some I didn't know to ask). They arrived when they were scheduled and completed the work exactly as explained. They did a great job. My tile floors look sooo much better. Thank you. It was such a pleasure working with this company and it's employees. It is obvious that they take pride in what they do. I am a very happy customer.

Superb job. My kitchen, breakfast room and washroom floors look better then ever, seriously. I have always hated this tile and now I can tolerate it a few years longer because of the pleasing job Upfront did. I’m a type A personality and reformed perfectionist, so when I esteem a company because of quality work, it’s high praise. From the phone conversation to the worker who follows through, every aspect is thoughtful, professional and kind hearted. I’ve also had Upfront clean my carpet at least annually for the last 4 or 5 years and I believe they have done such a good job, my carpet’s life has been extended. I’m truly a satisfied customer.

Fantastic! It was our first time hiring a company to clean our carpet. They are very professional and explained everything they were going to do. One less thing to worry about doing ourselves since we don't have much time with 3 little ones. The carpet looks new! Their truck mounted equipment is much more powerful than the ones you can rent from the store.

Very easy to work with, they work hard to earn and keep your business making sure you are satisfied with the work. Reasonable rates and high quality work. The carpet stretching was very reasonable. I was not going to have it done based on other companies quotes but when I got their quote it was an easy decision. Highly recommend them.

I hired UpFront to clean my carpets. We recently rescued a little pup who was nowhere near housebroken. My brand new carpets were a mess and I really didn’t think even a professional cleaning would save them. But I was completely surprised and delighted with the results we experienced. The tech was on time, professional, walked the house with me and listened to my concerns. An hour later, my carpets looked and smelled fresh again. I will definitely use this company again.

They came and gave us an estimate and were available on a Saturday to do the work. They moved the furniture and took care of everything. We ended up also having the carpet shampooed because of a terrific price. Punctual, communicative, professional. Wonderful experience!
