Description of Work: I was very happy and would use them again. They were on time and very professional. They even did a pre-treatment spray for no extra charge. Only 2 minor issues - there were some water spots on floors they didn't clean up. Also, scheduling was an issue. They only work in my area once or twice a week, so I had to book almost a month in advance. My first date was rained out, so I had to wait another 3 weeks for them.

Description of Work: i purchased this service for whole house carpet cleaning after we moved out of our house. The new homeowner was pleased.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for $149.00 for dry organic carpet cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, and spot removal. The service was fine.

Description of Work: Showed up for site visit. Haven't seen them since. I had a couple questions regarding cleaning the Italian tile we have in the house. They could not answer and stated they'd get back with me. One response was given by email however I am still waiting for a response on whether the tile we have in the house can be cleaned with their machines. Poor customer contact plus they did not seem that knowledgeable. Not impressed and would not recommend. I'd prefer to have my account credited since service has not been performed.

Description of Work: Steam cleaned all the carpet in our 2 story rental home of approximately 2600 sqft. They started the cleaning upstairs and the upstairs are ok. Not much of a heavy traffic area. The carpets were tan before the cleaning after the cleaning they looked gray. The carpets were SO stiff as if it still had soap on them. We've actually had these carpets steam cleaned before by Sears and honestly after Upfront's cleaning service they have NEVER looked & felt SO horrible.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets. When they arrived they indicated there was an additional fee for certain stains. The fee was not significant but was not clearly represented in the $89 advertisement from Angie's List. When stains remained after the carpet was dry, we called to return and clean the spots again. Not very courteous or prompt in this follow interaction on the phone. Crew returned and cleaned the spots. Overall office staff was not customer oriented, cleaning crew was courteous.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and added stain protector. They were on time and fast. I asked them to focus on a specific, stained area and they did. I thought they might move some of the smaller furniture out of the way, but they did not in all rooms. I had picked up most items from the floor, so it was okay, but be aware of that if it matters to you. They also missed a small area between a bed and a nightstand. They finished very quickly, and maybe they could have taken a little more time. But overall I am happy and would use them again.

Description of Work: Did a great job and I'm happy with the experience and quality of the work and the turnaround time to schedule and get it done. I can definitely see a difference in my floors.

Description of Work: We contacted Upfront Home Services to take advantage of their Deal to clean out our gutters. They showed up on time and got the job done fast. For a very reasonable price, we also had them clean our windows inside and outside (2 story house). The windows were really dirty, but they did a great job, and getting them clean. We definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: After he completed the kitchen grout cleaning we mopped as directed. Then went out of town for 4 days. When we returned, the grout was not any lighter than prior to the treatment. The floor was 3 years old with only my wife and myself occupying the house so there wasn't high traffic or a lot of spills from children. Joseph offered to do a more aggressive treatment at no charge but after discussing it further we decided to forego the second treatment.

Description of Work: This provider knew upfrom the tile I needed cleaned was 50+ years old. This tile has never been in bad shape. The technician came out and after about 10-15 minutes told me he could not clean the tile and make it improved. He suggested I ask for a refund UpFront said they would not refund the money but I could get another service instead. I have companies I already use and am happy with for other services. Why would I want to use a service that has not performed instead? Angie's list was not helpful in getting this resolved either. Basicall,y I was taken for $150.00!
