Description of Work: Joseph and his assistant Ryan, did a fabulous job. I purchased one of their deals on Angielist. The deal was $99 to clean the carpets in 4 rooms plus one hallway. My living room carpet was in bad shape with many stains from the previous owners as well as from our dog (who is prone to eating grass and vomiting). The carpet now almost looks new. They were very easy to work with and worked quickly. I would definitely use them again.

He used a pet friendly solution, which cleaned very well and kept our pets safe. He was very professional and knowledgeable answering a few questions we had. Description of Work: Cancelled appointment twice. Was late when they actually came. Joey said he felt badly because of the cancellations and offered to come back and redo my carpets for FREE. The quality of the cleaning was not great, but I accepted his offer. When I called them back (my carpets got dirtier more quickly than ever) I never got to speak with Joey. Anthony was rude and said he knew nothing about our arrangement. After several e mails and phone calls, Anthony said they would only reclean my livingroom and study. I reluctantly agreed. However, he stopped replying to e mail and phone calls and never completed the work as promised. I feel duped. I will never do business with this company again

Description of Work: Cleaned kitchen and bathroom tile. Tile looked better but stains reappeared in about 30 days.

Description of Work: It went ok. The worker used a buffer, like a car buffer, to spread the sealer into the granite. The problem was, the spinning motion of the buffer slung bits of the wax/sealer onto the walls, cabinets, shower glass, whatever was nearby. As it dried, it was hard to remove. Although he cleaned as he went, I still had to clean after him. The job was beautiful, though. But I won't use him again.

Description of Work: I do not know what you are talking about, I tried to get the man who would do your flower beds all that go with it and he never called. I also did another one for carpet cleaner and paid for the cleaning and never received my money back nor did the man ever call about cleaning my car pets. I wrote Angie a letter about this and never received a reply and di not get my money credited to my charge account.

I was contacted within 24 hours of my purchase I and a time was scheduled for the work to be performed. | |Upfront was on time, they reviewed the process including the drying period for the grout. The two of man crew was professional and the work was completed on a timely basis. I am pleased with the work performed a d would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Cleaned, polished and sealed the granite in my kitchen. I had a spot that I couldn't get out. He couldn't get it out either but gave me some suggestions. He was very nice and worked quickly.
