Description of Work: they were punctual.of course they immediatly started the extra services speech, which i fell for. I hope what they promised by purchasing extra services such as scotch guard and pet odor blocker comes true. All in all they did a good job.

Description of Work: Joseph arrived and reviewed the area to be cleaned. He unloaded the equipment and began cleaning immediately. |hen he completed the job the tile and grout looked like new. He also advised me on how remove the film on the tile in the main room. We discussed his returning to color the grout to match the rest. I have scheduled the second appointment. I would recommend this service. They did a good job and were efficient with their use of time.

Description of Work: When I purchased the deal, I didn't realize that there'd be >1 month wait to have the service performed. I reached out to the vendor and he was accommodating - offering me an appointment just ten days later. That was the last that I heard from the vendor. I waited until today to contact him, just to verify that he'd be honoring our agreed-upon time. (I called his listed number at 9:32am.) There was no answer, so I left a message asking him to call me. I received no call in return, nor did anyone arrive to perform the service we'd purchased.

Description of Work: It went well. The service man was knowledge helpful and informative. He did not feel that my floor would clean up the way I wanted it to because it was stone and not ceramic tile. The stone had aged. He recommended several other people he thought would work on stone. Description of Work: The gentleman came and cleaned all carpeted areas in our (empty) house. It looked great after they were finished. The carpet had several stains that I hadn't been able to get out myself and they were all gone after the cleaning!
